McDonald's Menu Prices at 2140 N Federal Hwy ★3.6 (1031)

McDonald's - 2140 NW Federal Hwy Very disappointing experience. The service was horrible and the wait time was way too long — which sadly feels like the usual situation at this location. Even for fast food, it shouldn’t take this long to get a simple order. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, and there was no sense of urgency. If you’re in a hurry, I would definitely avoid this place. Bottom line: Slow service, long wait, and frustrating overall experience. 🍔⏳

Terrible experience. This McDonald’s was dirty and the service was horrible. Mike, who is supposed to be the manager, helped me and didn’t say a single word the entire time. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from someone in a management position. Do not come to this location — by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had.

I wanted to stop by to eat Mc Spicy Chicken sandwich. The bun was a little burnt but overall I liked the sandwich. I also tried the new wrap, it is good. Until someone comes with a better recipe for fries, I'll keep lovin it.

I have to say I like this McDonald's I eat here regularly for the last few years and I haven't gotten an incorrect order in over a year maybe 2 now I don't go late after midnight so much anymore But they are definitely one of the more well run and professional McDonald's out there. The quality is always consistent which is why I feel comfortable to keep coming back. Regarding the wait times, it's not like they are slow on purpose. They get backed up during peak times like lunch and dinner when everyone is getting off work and also late at night, there aren't many options around here open late that offer the same quality and consistency and with online ordering I'm sure they get slammed and backed up often

this was the worst experience of my life. the drive through was TERRIBLE. she was so incredibly rude after we waited 5 minutes with no response, she didn’t even greet us. when handing us our food she didn’t even look at us or smile and was so disrespectful and unhelpful. we then asked to make sure the sweet and sour sauce was in the bag she said mhm and closed the window, it was not in there. we went back through the drive through and waited for a few minutes while talking, with no response we gave up and left. our food was COLD, these fries honestly are probably hours old and half filled. never go here.
