⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing drive-thru experience today, and it was all thanks to Jaden who assisted me. From the moment I pulled up, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. My order was taken accurately, and everything was prepared quickly. His positive attitude truly made my day and turned a routine stop into a pleasant experience. Excellent customer service with a big smile. Jaden deserves recognition!

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I ordered a Quarter Pounder and it came out cold and hard. I asked for a replacement, and they made me wait over 20 minutes — I even had to go back to the counter to remind them. When they finally brought it out, the replacement came without cheese and the patty was falling apart! I returned it and said I didn’t want it anymore. To make things worse, the manager was extremely rude — she raised her voice and treated me like I was asking for a favor instead of being a paying customer. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Anyone giving this McDonald’s a negative review has never worked retail and we can tell. Calm yourself you’re out a McDonald’s. This is an amazing McDonald’s. They always take the extra step to make sure your experience is great. The manager is amazing. The staff is amazing. The food is top-notch for a McDonald’s. It has to be the best McDonald’s I have ever been to and keep going back despite trying to avoid fast food. And let’s not forget who provided for everyone during the hurricane. This McDonald’s fed the community. I won’t forget. I hope corporate remembers. And everyone remember this is McDonald’s. We aren’t getting Wagyu steaks. We’re getting McDonald’s. I’m convinced a McDonald’s executive lives in the area and pops into this one regularly.

My experience was great. The young employee at the McDonald’s drive-thru window is always friendly and enjoyable to talk to. His excellent service is a big reason I return hopes he get a raise.

I paid for my food at the kiosk, but unlike other McDonald's where they bring the food to your table, at this location they leave it in the pick-up area. My order was missing fries. When I went to the counter to tell them I was missing an item, after calling them four times because no one was at the counter, the guy who finally came out didn't even bother to ask what I needed. He just shook his head no without checking the order. I didn't bother asking for my fries again and sat down to feed my family. Seriously, when you pay for something, you expect to receive your complete order. Make sure you don't visit this McDonald's location.
