McDonald's Menu Prices at 27 W Broward Blvd ★3.5 (2848)

This McDonald’s morning crew is absolutely terrible. Gave me a frappe that was mostly whipped cream and told me it was fine then gave me a chicken biscuit that I couldn’t even bite through and half of it came off the sandwich . Always a problem in the morning.

This McDonald's is in an extremely busy shopping district so it's common to see vehicles lined up around the building to go through the drive thru. Don't let this deter you from enjoying the same reliable McDonald's favorites we love to eat. I have picked up my order here dozens of times always impressed with the efficiency of the staff.

I placed an order through the mobile app Table Service and was sitting, waiting for my order to be brought. A security guard came up to me and asked if I had placed an order. What if I hadn’t? Would they have kicked me out of the restaurant? That’s very rude. On top of that, the Table Service never brought my order to the table, and I had to go to the counter to remind them about it.

They not only take their sweet time making the food with it piled in the done section with NOBODY in the drive-thru but they don't even make any call outs for food they have just sitting there for people waiting 25 - 30 mins. Not gonna lie, one of the worst service and even more so with the girl up front, not even making sure people got their order. It actually took the manager to give me a freaking cookie after 15 mins. Stay clear if you value your time

This might be the slowest, worst McDonald's around. It is supposed to be fast food, but when I bring my kids here to play, we end up waiting 10-15 minutes for a couple of happy meals and some nuggets. I thought the whole premise of McDonald's was to get your food quickly. Anything wrong with your order is difficult to signal because they only have one person working the counter and they dont always seem to care to stop what they are doing to service their clients. They have sanitizer dispensers all over the restaurant, as well as napkin dispensers. I have yet to come when any of them actually had anything to dispense. This last time I was given expired milk with my kids happy meals and had to go try to flag someone down to get it replaced. The people who work here give zero cares about their customers... The main reason we come is for the kids play place. Not sure if it is always like this, but the part of the restaurant that houses the play place was not air conditioned the last few times I came, meaning your kids are running around in stale, hot air the whole time they are playing. Go somewhere else...
