McDonald's Menu Prices at 8177 Dani Dr ★3.5 (1996)

Went inside and ordered on the kiosk waited about 15 minutes for my food. Wife got the Big Mac and I had the new Arch. Big Mac came without a top bun didn't realize that til we got home. Why???

I walked over from my hotel through construction to get here and my wife and I used the restroom first. When I went into the men's room, there wasn't any toilet paper, so I asked the staff if they could get some. They told me they didn't have any, so my wife got me some from the women's room. We ordered a fish filet and a crispy chicken with mayo and cheese only. Her sandwich came out completely lopsided and smothered in tarter sauce. She had to wipe half of the sauce off and the sandwich was so lopsided that the half piece of cheese they gave her was only partially on the sandwich. My chicken sandwich had a bun that was so over toasted that it was black. I asked them to remake it because the bun was so burnt and the gentleman said that "that's how it's supposed to look". I told him that I wanted a bun that wasn't burnt if I could and he asked his manager who reluctantly remade it. The store was almost completely empty and the staff was in a group talking, so they weren't busy or overwhelmed with work in any way. I don't know why we were treated like we were a nuisance for wanting our food to be edible, but after our walk for a bite to eat, this was an extremely unfortunate and frustrating experience.

McDonalds offers fast food, fast beverages, and faster service inside than in the drive thru. The app is challenging to use at times, especially because you cannot order senior coffee, senior decaf coffee, or senior tea on the app. The senior versions are not on the menu. Service today was quicker inside than on the drive thru, as usual. All wheel chair accessible. Picture menu and Braille menu available although the info card is not printed in Braille. They also have a sign inviting anyone needing extra assistance to ask for help. Low volume background music

I have been a loyal McDonald’s customer for many years, but I have never experienced the level of poor customer service I received today at store #29955. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, but because the line was extremely long, I decided to go inside to pick up my order. The manager, Mary, rudely informed me that she would not serve me at the counter and insisted that I return to my car and wait in the drive-thru line. When I questioned why that was necessary, as it made no logical sense, she told me I could “go ahead and cancel” my order instead. This kind of attitude is unacceptable from anyone representing McDonald’s, especially a manager. Mary clearly has no interest in providing good customer service or encouraging repeat business. I will not be returning to this location and would appreciate being contacted by the district manager to discuss this matter further.

Just shut this location down!! Where is the G.M.?? Your leadership team needs training PRONTO!! HORRIBLE customer service from Elizabeth, if that's really her name. I give my code before ordering, place my order , the associate asks me if my order is correct I tell her no I ordered a #1 not QPC ...silence screen clears so I pull forward I then had the unfortunate opportunity to encounter Elizabeth who proceeds to tell me once I give a code the order is complete its my issue to figure out how to get a refund or eat what the associate ordered for me??? What!! U kidding me right??? Then after I tell her why am I responsible for your incompetence?? She then tells me Im not serving you today I tell her no problem then proceeded to file a complaint at customer service I will use every platform until something is done about customer service at this location!
