McDonald's Menu Prices at 7155 W 4th Ave ★3.5 (2263)

Wasn’t really too bad until, I had to wait over 25 minutes just for 2 happy meals and 2 meals but it wasn’t really the fact of the wait, it’s just after all that time you’d expect they would perfect it right? NOT MAKING BUG MISTAKES!!? Well, they forgot both of the 6 peice nuggeies that came with my happy meals so in total I was missing 12 nuggets

It no heat on and it was very cold inside Food was good. Service was good. Someone actually spoke English at this location. A special thank you sir. Thank you to the staff.

Corporation needs to take a look at all the bad reviews in this store specially with the managers they supposedly need to help the costumers not fight with them or been rude to them. I had a very bad experience Thursday with the manager about 11.45 am. They are not happy with their jobs so they are rude. Wrong order missing some of my orders. The manager very rude and unprofessional i cant give her name because she refused to give it in front of all the employees that were there she doesn’t speak English. To many bad reviews in this store.

Worst app experience.I usually order on the app and get super excellent service. Not at this McDonald's. I ordered sauces didn't get them, said no ice got it and said extra fries instead of apple slices but I sure did get those. Do not go here if you want good service. Tried to call and no one picks up.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. Every visit is the same — long drive-thru lines, slow service, and orders that are always wrong, no matter how clearly you say them. Today I placed an order for my family of five: 4 regular Cokes and 1 Dr Pepper. When I checked my receipt, it said DIET COKE. I asked the woman at the window if the drinks were diet because I specifically asked for regular Cokes. That’s when she told me they ran out of Coke and only had Sprite, Dr Pepper, and Fanta. Why wasn’t this mentioned at the speaker? If you’re out of something, tell the customer. Don’t assume they’ll be okay with Diet Coke. I then asked her to switch the drinks to Sprite, and she told me to pull forward so someone could bring them out. I refused — I had already waited through a long line, then had to correct their mistake, and now I’m supposed to wait even longer? And to make it worse, ordering a plain McChicken here is pointless. No matter what you say, they still send it out with everything on it. This location desperately needs better communication and customer service. Every visit feels like an inconvenience for the customer, not the staff. I won’t be returning
