I don’t know why people leaved less than 5*, very clean, tasty and fast. I live in this area and there is always like that. Thank you. Not young woman and man over there doing very good job with cleans tables and floor. Please give them some bonus. Good job .

My experience was bad, I make the order by the drive through I wait more than 20 minutes outside my food never arrive, I came inside and spoke with the manager “David” he don’t give me the best service let me said, also my food wasn’t even ready, he treated me like a kid, enough I don’t want to talk about this anymore. Bad service.

Absolutely disgusting! I received raw meat and it was a complete nightmare. Totally unacceptable and unsafe. The food was inedible and a health hazard. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, and the service was just as bad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever come to this location.

I was told to pull into drive thru spot 1 and i did. the other order was brought out aft 10 minutes. i told valentina that my order wasn’t brought she said she was going to check. 15 minutes went by and i had to take all my kids(4) inside and ask about my order.i had to wake my newborn twins which is very upsetting because i chose the drive thru for a reason. when i went in she was making other orders and the lady said that valentina didn’t ask her about another order. horrible service and communication.

Hello, I’m a regular customer. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for about five months now. I usually visit almost twice a week since I moved to Lake Nona, and I can say the food is delicious — but the customer service is absolutely terrible. During the night shift, the staff is always rude. They often give me incomplete orders, and when I check and point it out, they hand me the missing items in a very unpleasant way. It’s really disappointing that a place with such good food has such poor service. It would be great if that part could be improved. It is unfortunate that a place with such good food has such poor customer service. I hope management can take action to improve this situation, as I genuinely enjoy your food and would like to continue being a loyal customer
