McDonald's Menu Prices at 3804 Lb Mcleod Rd ★3.9 (1801)

This place is worthless. I work overnight down the street so I rely on this Mcdndls to be open. Says they’re open 24 hours but around 3-4 they will let you just wait in the drive thru. You can say “hello” as many times as you want and they will just remain silent and turn the screen off. Just tonight, 10/20/2025, I pulled up around 4:15am and no one answered. I pull around and there were a total of 4 people just standing around ignoring me at the window. It’s really inconvenient that I work right beside this McDonald’s, but I have to drive all the way to Millenia just to get food.

I go here more than I would like to admit. I started going here because it's the closest thing to my job and come to find out it's always super fast to order through the app and pick up my food. It's always hot, fresh and the staff has ALWAYS been so friendly and kind. I was skeptical with the previous reviews. But I've had nothing but a great experience all the times I've been here over the last few months. And definitely won't shop coming to this location!!!

The food is always fresh and ready, but the amazing team is what truly sets this location apart: • Sabrina: Always has a smile on her face! She’s incredibly thoughtful, down-to-earth, and always helps me save with the app. • Jeremiah: Consistently polite and kind—a total professional. • Charlene: The definition of efficient! She always has our order checked, correct, and ready to go. The rest of the crew I have had wonderful service from is Charell, Tiara, Tammy, Alex and Tara! Very lazy staff went in this morning for 5 burritos was told by the last at the windows they short staffed and can't make 5 burritos her ir the other staff and that she has a line to get down like how rude might as well should have stayed home of you can't do your job what you're required to do and get paid to do. Like such an inconvenience shouldn't have ti go to another mcdonals to get food as if I don't have a job I need ti go too would habe given no stars but I had to give one in order to leave this review and I know corporate don't care and will not even respond to this review but I will never go to this location again sad you habe to go in high class areas to get great customer service.

We visited this McDonald’s with a group of 8 people and placed our order through the app, expecting accuracy and convenience unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. Our order arrived missing the fries from the Kids Meal. When we went to request them, the staff responded in a suspicious and dismissive way, as if we were not being honest. Later, when we opened the pies, we noticed that the box contained only one pie, even though the order was clearly for double pies. Once again, we had to go back to the counter and were met with the same distrustful attitude, until they finally gave us the missing items. At the end, we realized that my mother never received her lemonade. At that point, the situation had become so awkward and embarrassing that we chose not to ask for it, simply to avoid being treated as if we were trying to take advantage or “steal” something. This was not just about missing items it was about poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and an uncomfortable atmosphere that made us feel disrespected. Very disappointing experience.
