McDonald's Menu Prices at 13145 Sorrento Rd ★3.3 (1678)

Always disappointing. Not sure why we thought it was going to be any different this time. We wanted a quick cheap meal. Should have went to BurgerKing. Worst customer service experience today by far. They truly need better management. Who ever was working the drive through serving the food on July 31 around 1:30pm. Caucasian lady tatted up and had several nose piercings on her left nostril should not be working any form of customer service. Food was burnt and over cooked. Strangely friends were undercooked. Huge delay getting our order. Gave us the slushy already melted. The lid was loose when she handed it to me and spilled all over my cup holder. And before I could ask for napkins she was gone. We were left looking for napkins in our car to wipe my hands and the interior. She finally comes back. While trying to hand back the slushy, I asked for a new one. She said she couldn’t take garbage and handed me two large empty plastics cups to remedy the problem as if she didn’t understand. I asked for a new one considering her error with not securing her lid. She responded by saying it wasn’t her problem and was not at fault. I hope the owners see this and hold her accountable for her behavior.

We had breakfast here before we went to airport to fly home. Food was delicious and hot! Thank you to Diamond(employee) for checking on us. She had a wonderful smile and very good at her job. Will return to this location.

I come here all the time after a long day of work. Never had a issue until now. I ordered a McChicken 5 dollar meal deal today. Im about to take out my nuggets to eat and this is what I find. I was nervous that maybe they had been playing with my food so I didn't even eat the meal. Highly dissapointed.

I went through the drive-through with my son. And the young lady Ms. Lisa, recognized my son. And asked how my dad was doing. Because my dad and my son would always have grandpa and grandson. And what better place to spend it at McDonald’s. So it was wonderful and heartwarming to see this young lady. Remember my son and my dad and the little bond they share together.

Who ever the manager on call iss hung up on me twice now. I will never be going back to this establishment. They always, ALWAYS mess my order up, feels like its on purpose, always cold stale and been sitting there burgers. Time of disrespect from the manager was 5:20 pm, friday, december 5th. The manager was male. Rudest food service i have ever witnessed. I swear the reviews dont lie 70% the reviews say cold day old burgers, and wrong items, is it the people working there trying to lose business, and have to work less? If im the only car in the parking lot, i expect fresh food, not cold unsauced, disrespect for the intention of disrespect. Never go here. Thats what they want. Got it
