McDonald's Menu Prices at 115 W Highway 98 ★3.2 (1481)

Being from out of town, I stopped two day's in a row for breakfast for the crew and myself. I have to say the food was good and it came really fast. My only issue was when my order was taken I arrived at the first window and gave the guy my card. I was looking in the window because the gentleman handed me the receipt without looking my direction and the moment he handed me my receipt it was immediately noted that he had gotten it wrong and charged to much. I was trying to get his attention with no luck. So I pulled to the second window the girl I said something to looked busy but I just pulled away to not hold everyone up.

It takes forever to get your food, but hear me out. I came here on a Friday 1:15 est. This McDonald's is very very busy. But for good reason. The food is spot on. From Southport, panama city, and Port St. joe, this McDonald's is the best hands down. Sure, sometimes the food is made in a rush, and the sandwiches may get misaligned, but when you bite into it, you will instantly notice the difference. The lettuce is fresh and the sauces are not old! Everything tastes very fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the filet o fish. The fried filet was not soggy at all, and had the pleasant flaky texture on the inside with the fried outside actually being crispy and pleasant. The tarter sauce did not look like it came from a packaged container. For some reason, the tarter sauce tasted fresh, and the relish pieces in the sauce actually still had the gentle crisp in them. I don't know what the other places are doing wrong, but this McDonald's takes the win for me.

Drive through order Sorry.. this use to be a fairly good franchise back whennI was a regular. But like all McDonalds.. we basically stop going because we can go to a sit down restaurant for about the same price and actually be served from a menu. However, we do stop in occasionally for something very simple and quick, like a fry or a double cheese. Today, all we wanted was an ice cream cone. I haven't done this in a while and was shocked to discover I was paying close to $3 of what we all know is one of the smallest runniest ice cream cones ever made. We paid the extorion price... joking to ourselves that at least the machine was working! 😆 I took our money and we advanced to the next window... we set here for almost a minute listening to 2 workers talking about another employee that had done something wrong...(?) then one looked at us waiting and questioned the other employee who said they wanted two ice cream cones. She young employee immediately disappeare to the rear but came back shortly stating... " the ice cream is to runny to go in a cone, i'll put it in a cup" I told her no, we really wanted a cone, and we'd go to another establishment... please refund! At that point she yelled across the store to another employee, "They Want A Refund" This was not simply informing the other person, there was anger and aggravation in her voice. It was as if we were asking them to do something they didn't want to do! After a couple minutes waiting, she came back to the window and said, "Here"... Placing the money in my hand then turning away without saying a word. So just a heads up.. always ask if the ice cream machine is working BEFORE YOU PAY and unless things change avoid this Mcdonald's. BK is a ¼mile east on 98.

Went at 6:30 am doors were locked and told we had to go through drive thru even after we told them we had a boat hooked to vehicle and signs are posted to boat trailers in drive thru! Definitely will NOT be back on vacation! Horrible service!!

Used my mobile app in the drive through. Ordered a strawberry cream pie. I get to the windows and the lady says would I want an apple instead? I said I was really wanting that one so no. I asked if I could just get 3 more chocolate chip instead (I ordered 3 as well). The lady asks what I assumed was the manager and he said no they would have to give me a refund. Crazy part my pie cost more. Horrible customer service! You couldn't pay me to eat at this place again...
