I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered a very simple order: two burgers with ketchup only. Despite this, I was sent through three drive-thru windows and then asked to pull into a curbside parking spot — something that happens almost every time I visit this location, regardless of how simple the order is. This time, I politely asked to share feedback with a manager, explaining that it didn’t seem fair to be pushed out of the drive-thru after waiting in line for so long for such an easy order. I was calm, respectful, and never raised my voice. The manager was rude and dismissive, told me they were “doing it correctly,” accused me of “holding up the line,” and then called me “spiteful.” I was shocked. I told her clearly that I had been respectful and that she had no right to call me names. To make matters worse, when I finally got home to feed my daughter, the burger that was ordered meat and ketchup only was loaded with onions. Given the interaction, it felt intentional. This location seems more focused on gaming the drive-thru timer than actually serving customers efficiently. Sending people through multiple lines and then parking them off to the side does not equal fast service — it just hides the wait. Terrible customer service, poor management response, and an even worse outcome. I hope the owner reviews the footage.

The absolute worst customer service and food quality here. Was treated terribly as a customer, especially by a Jamaican woman named “Vee”. I returned my food due to my fries being cold, foreign objects in my food and no condiments. I barely ate the fries and all 10 nuggets were still in the box. As I walked in, Vee, who later claimed she was off the clocked questioned me about my issue. I explained what my problem was and she mumbled “first I’m hearing this”. This instantly pissed me off because I’m no liar especially when it comes down to me inconveniencing myself. She called out to someone named “Amanda” who came and tried to resolve the issue. While dealing with me, Vee came up again basically antagonizing the situation by asking to see “the hair” in the food. I ignored her but I was fuming. After not being able to locate how to refund the order I accepted a replacement. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the behavior so I went back in and asked for their corporate number and their names. Amanda had a name tag on so I pointed at “Vee” and asked for her name.. that was the name she gave me and proceeded to say she’s off the clock so I don’t need her name. I said, “she questioned me off the clock” after that she started acting belligerent saying she can call the police to get me escorted as if I was scared or refused to leave. This had me thinking she was either being racist or discriminating against me. While “Vee” sitting in the lobby yelling out “EXACTLY, EXACTLY” all because I asked for their names and corporate number to report their behavior. After the back and forth between me and Amanda I asked if the camera is recording and she said yea but no audio. This shows that they behave however they want knowing they cannot be heard. And after giving me the number she said, “it’s not going to do you no good anyways”. But there’s more.. while walking out “Vee” gave me a dirty look. And yelled “BYE” over and over again to get me out of character and I sure did tell her “bye” back.

rude staff, no one knows what they are doing. lazy people don’t want to work or do anything. they will have you sit there for an hour for a four count nugget and when you say something they act like it’s your fault. if you have any self respect you will not go to this bum mcdonald’s! filthy establishment also never once have i seen a clean table. i genuinely hope this place closes. i

Luke warm food and then our hashbrowns are literally covered in stuff from the bottom of the fryers because the oil isn’t clean and they were much darker than normal. Change The Oil!!!!!!!

Was here this morning to pick up breakfast. The restaurant is filthy! Not one clean table! Food was awful and tasted like the cheese had gone bad! Sandwich was not hot.....hardly warm! Not the first time we have had awful service.......you can forget about the drive-thru! We have pulled out of line and left at least twice! Who's is managing this establishment?? Never again!!
