McDonald's Menu Prices at 3438 Thomasville Rd ★3 (2265)

The morning crew Mr. Tony nightly manager Mr.Fred have great customer service. Mr.Tony in the morning always come out to customers tables to ensure we're enjoying our food, I've came plenty of times for breakfast and it never fails. The tables are clean. The food is fresh and if there was a mistake the attitude to fix it is amazing. There's a Caucasian lady sometimes work mornings she is awesome as well, great speed and customer service is immaculate. Keep up the good work team.

Whoever was the manager working today, they were doing great. Food came out fast and fresh. Overall very surprising for McDonald's but it was a very nice welcome change to how it normally is. Definitely will be coming back to this one if this keeps up here. One of the better ones in all of tallahassee.

If I wanted to wait 30 minutes after ordering ahead to get the wrong order I would have gone anywhere else. This was supposed to be 2 large fries and a mcrispy. They didn't even remember the bottom of the bun. Get another manager.

I approached the drive thru to place an order and there was no one. After realizing no one was going to come to the window, I parked and went inside to place my order. The employee got up from sitting to go to the register. I got to the counter to place my order and she told me we were closed. I thought she had gotten up to take my order, but she said she’d gotten up to close down the register. I asked if they were closing early today, as it was still before midnight and she said no. I was confused for the reason mentioned, but also because their own posted hours say they actually close at 1am on Fri and Sat. Today was Friday. So I asked again for some clarification and she said the manager schedules them until 12am. Store looked great though! Clean and tidy. Good seating. So I guess FYI the store hours posted aren’t correct, and even then they close the store before midnight. And the ice cream machine was down.

Absolutely horrible. I have given this location numerous chances to no avail. Tonight (not my choice but the family's choice) ordered online while out running errands after work so I could grab on the way home. I sat in the drive thru for 37mins then asked to park bc waiting on one more item. In this 37mins I witnessed a few cars give up and exit the drive thru. After another 5 minutes and realizing they gave me the wrong drinks, I entered the store, one employee was mopping and much to my surprise there were four or five employees in the back (I thought I would only see one at the rate and pace the store was operating). It took a couple of minutes for a not so friendly lady to acknowledge me only to relay that my correct drink choice couldn’t be fulfilled (which I paid extra for) because their milkshake machine was not working and that also they were out of ‘golden’ sauce for the chicken item that I was still waiting on. I didn’t even care about the sauce or milkshake at that point… fries were cold also….thats the biggest let down. Finally after being there almost an hour I was on my way home late for kickoff. I will deliberately drive to a store farther away to never frequent this establishment again. Unless JV & Sons/juan own all the McDonalds in town. Then we will just stick with Steve & Chick-fil-A who prides themselves on great efficient service and food.
