McDonald's Menu Prices at 1470 Greenview Shores Blvd ★3.2 (894)

This is hands down one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I’ve been a few times now, because we just moved into the area. We have been through the week and on weekends. The drive thru during the week is great, but the dining room any time is disgusting. Bathrooms are filthy, dining room looks like it’s never cleaned, and as I type this right this second one of the employees are sleeping in the playplace area and I’m here with my three year old.

It's a very clean place. Good staff. Few visitors. There is a playground, which is very convenient for families with children. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. My children’s was happy 😃

Absolutely unacceptable! I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I arrived around 9:20 AM, and the employee taking my order was rude, aggressive, and rushed me through the process. It was a frustrating start. On a positive note, the woman handling my payment was friendly and sweet, which was a small relief. However, when I received my food, the issues compounded. I ordered the two burritos meal, but when I checked the bag, the burritos were stuck to the paper. I attempted to peel them off, but ended up with the wrapping still attached to both. To make matters worse, my hash browns were cold. The only redeeming item was my caramel frappe, which was the one thing done correctly. While I should have checked my order before leaving, I've never faced this kind of problem at any McDonald's, especially with the burrito meal. I will not be returning to this particular location, regardless of how hungry I am. This was a negative experience all around.

Normally this McDonald’s is OK tonight we waited 30 minutes, not because of the fact that they were so busy, but the employees were extremely slow! I ordered a two cheeseburger meal for my young son. I asked for for no pickle no onion. They dumped a bunch of ketchup on it and didn’t even put cheese on it. I think this McDonald’s is gonna be going down fast. They keep this up.

Worst McDonald's in this area especially in the morning. Everyone is rude and unprofessional even down to the automated message at the speaker box is rude "go ahead get your number ready we'll be with you in a minute". It literally says that every time even if no one is in the drive through in the least pleasant/welcoming voice possible! like you're at an IHOP at 3am and the waiter is contemplating quitting. None of the staff greet you over the microphone or ask you if you're using the app. Just "what's your order". Everyone there seems like they have no clue what customer service is. Hate coming here but it's near my house, hopefully they do better and change that stupid message on the drive through speaker and train their employees on how to be thorough and not sound like they all hate every waking moment being in that building.
