McDonald's Menu Prices at Alpharetta — 30022 ★3.6 (1306)

Of all years I’ve never experienced what I do today. Gentlemen took my order on drive thru, he told me it would be a few minutes while they cook some chicken nuggets since they didn’t have any at the moment. I waited over 20 minutes and no one came since they instructed to wait number one. I got back in line, spoke to another lady, she said she didn’t have my order that she wanted a receipt. I got to the window, I gave her my receipt. She called for my order with an attitude. I got no apology. Yall better train yall employees to make the guest priority especially those who have to wait for their meals to be made

Terrible. I'm not much of a fast food person and my expectations are very low. However, I never expect to be told to pull into a parking space at the drive-thru window and after SIXTEEN MINUTES I have to go inside to inquire about my food. "We were just talking about that order," is what I was told. "Can I throw a pie in the bag?" Um, no, I don't want a nasty pie. I wait 3 more minutes and no action. I request a refund and the employees act like I am inconveniencing them. I never raised my voice, never pulled a "Karen". This entire experience proves me right; fast food is terrible all around.

Literally my fav McDonald’s. Either they don’t have toxic management orrrrr the workers here are just genuinely nice. They always tell me to have a good day and drive safely (the little things go a long way).

Every-time I come here, doesn’t matter the time of day or the day of the week, for one item of a meal, we are always parked. Order in advance so it’s ready when there? Parked. Order here? Parked. Not kidding, the line will not move because there’s no where for the rest of the line to park. Again, does not matter if it’s chicken nuggets, McFlurry, Big Mac, etc you will always be parked.

Excellent McDonald’s with friendly staff and fast service. I ordered #1 no pickles with a sweet tea extra ice and that’s exactly what I got. From the moment I pulled into the drive through until the time I was on my way down the road was under 5 minutes. Both the cashier/order person and the person who handed me my food said hello and wished me a great day. Nice!
