McDonald's Menu Prices at 2091 Stewart Ave ★3.2 (2192)

I've got to be honest with you. I don't know what the atmosphere is there because I always use the drive-thru window. This store is busy but they get you through quick and the food's always hot. I don't go to McDonald's expecting a five-course meal or five-star restaurant, but they damn sure do a good adequate job and it's not an easy job. I'm grateful for them. Go with the the $5 McDouble meal. Lot of food for the money.

I wish I could give this McDonald’s zero stars. Walking in was already a bad idea. The managers and team were completely disrespectful, cursing loudly and being verbally abusive right in front of customers. I wish I had the camera footage from 3:25am-3:54am They all had terrible attitudes, and a few even walked off in the middle of a shift while people were still waiting to be served. The manager vanished. She was frustrated, yelling , she treated the boy in the window so bad and talked down on him. It didn’t make no sense. She had NO LEADERSHIP or control of the shift. Extremely verbally abusive. She didn’t think to help him because he may have been slower, but there was no teamwork, no accountability, and no cohesiveness. The restaurant itself was disgusting—dirty floors, ice buckets thrown on the ground, mop buckets with dirty water at the front where they serving food, trash everywhere. The whole shift was pure chaos, nothing but mess and drama. To make things worse, I watched them hand out free food and drinks to their friends, yet I’m still sitting in the lobby waiting for my order. I spent the better end of an hour in that restaurant. The cashier literally called her friends on the phone while I was ordering and made me wait. Then instead of letting me finish ordering just choose to interact with guest about what her friend was saying on the phone. No one ever apologized. You could literally see the cashier try to argue me on camera because my whole order was wrong. I ordered a McDouble (no pickle, no onion, well done) meal deal and a snack wrap. I received a mcchicken xtra mayo. I walk back to this McDonald’s for them to fix the order and it’s still wrong a second time! This is by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, unsanitary, and flat-out disrespectful. Corporate needs to step in immediately, because this location is out of control. I could come run a better shift than that overnight for FREE!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald’s was awful—again. I stopped by yesterday after work to grab dinner for my sons because we were running late for their therapy appointment. When I walked inside, I was told I had to use the kiosk to place my order and then come to the counter to pay if I was using cash. I was hesitant because the kiosk often has issues, but I went ahead and used it anyway. When I walked up to the counter to pay, I stood there for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Several employees saw me standing there and even made eye contact, but no one offered assistance or said a word. The restaurant was not busy. I was the only customer inside at the time. While staff were packing drive-thru orders and some employees were walking through the lobby to take orders to cars, no one came to help me at the counter. Eventually, a manager came over, packed my order, and handed me the bag. When I checked it, I noticed a sandwich was missing. I politely said, “I’m sorry, I’m missing a sandwich.” She took my receipt, grabbed the bag back, tossed the sandwich into it, and handed it back to me without saying a word—no apology, no acknowledgment. This location has consistently poor customer service. No one is friendly, no one communicates, and customers are ignored. This store is in desperate need of retraining—both staff and management—especially when it comes to basic customer service and treating people with respect. Every time I come here, there is an issue. I will not be returning.

Every time I come in, it’s always a bad experience first off. My niece and I were standing at the counter for a whole 10 minutes before they decided to take our order and then the light skin cheek proceeds to walk around with a nasty look on her face like Someone did something to her. and there was this black family. They were dining in, and she had to take their food to their table. She walked with the food with a nasty attitude and that really bothered me even though I had nothing to do with that once I got my food, the tables work a complete mess like no one came out and wipe the table I seen people laying down napkins on the table just to eat their food I would have taken more pictures of the employees, but I didn’t want to start any commotion, but just know I will never come back to the McDonald’s on Metropolitan

This is the 3rd day in a row I’ve gotten watered down oatmeal No one except 1 person speaks English when I asked for the Hispanic bi-lingual manager she prints a receipt and walks away. Meanwhile lying about the amount of water that is supposed to be in oatmeal. This is a very simple job even a robot can do. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for months only getting oatmeal. For the last 3 days the manager has allowed improper things to go on at the breakfast time. She needs to be replaced immediately. She is rude and unprofessional. So as I’m sitting down making a complaint about her she sends a young black outside to ask me to move. I told him to send her outside. What’s the problem. I’m making a formal complaint on her and she refused to give her name. The absolute worst manager. She then sends another non-manager outside. I asked for managers not cashiers. You suck
