McDonald's Menu Prices at 5628 Milgen Road ★3.6 (1304)

Today, Sunday, Just left a second service and ready to eat, so I thought I would try the Big Arch and only gave 2 stars because the frys was hot. Burger never order again at any McDonald's. Bun size of a regular burger, 2 slices of cheese instead of 3, 1 patty instead of 2 ,no lettuce and was not hot. Sooo incredibly disappointed($12+)and it was not crowded, I was third in line and it was 15-20 to receive my order, I'll just stay with Culver's (food and service)!!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your McDonald's location on Milgen Road in Columbus, Georgia. I placed an order for a Quarter Pounder Deluxe and explicitly confirmed my selection. I was then directed to park in a designated handicap space, where my order was to be delivered. Upon receiving my order, I found that the entire meal was cold, the beverage was missing, and the sandwich provided was not the Quarter Pounder Deluxe I had ordered. I attempted to contact the restaurant by phone to rectify the situation, but the call went unanswered. This is not an isolated incident, as I have encountered issues with this particular McDonald's location previously. The consistent failure to provide accurate and properly prepared orders, including hot food and the correct beverages, is concerning.

Try the Grinch Meal at Mcdonald's. The unique Dill Pickle "Grinch Salt" Big Mac plus a collectible Grinch there socks. Fries seasoning wasn't bad at all.

Y’all have got to stop hiring children. They have no customer service skills and they are rude especially the cratered faced boy y’all got working up there.with a face and customer service skills like that he should be in the back anyways. The orders are always wrong and cold. I don’t trust no one with an attitude to cook my food. Uhun

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The employee with blue hair was not only rude but outright nasty in how she interacted with me. From the moment I approached the counter, she had an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Instead of providing the basic courtesy expected in customer service, she was dismissive, short-tempered, and unprofessional. All because it was a bug in my food. It wasn’t just her it was also the tall one with the red braids. It’s disappointing when employees forget the importance of kindness, especially in a service role. I hope management addresses this behavior so customers don’t have to deal with this kind of treatment in the future…
