McDonald's Menu Prices at Suwanee — 30043 ★3.6 (1615)

If I could rate this location a zero star I would they always have attitudes I have found hair in my food TWICE and I asked for a little extra sauce on my breakfast bagel and they decided to be funny and load it down like it’s pig slob there was more sauce than there was bagel I would never recommend this location for anyone which is sad because I was a loyal customer I would rather drive all the way to pleasant hill to that location before I come back here again and that says a lot because my apartment is only 2-3 mins away from this location DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Me and my son have been coming for the last few months to eat and play in the play place. There’s a couple workers who are nice but the majority are extremely rude. They have been out of ketchup in the ketchup machine for two weeks and you have to ask for ketchup packets but there is never anyone to help at front so anytime you need anything you have to stand there waiting forever. They act like napkins are insanely expensive giving you maybe 2 an order and when you ask for more they give you two more. This last time here the lady was SO rude. I asked for a cup of water when she brought the food and she SLAMMED it down and walked away without saying anything, I don’t know if I will be coming back anymore as much as my son loves it, it’s just not worth it with how rude they are

12/10/25.... 6:00am.... what happened to the familiar faces I see every morning. Be careful, make sure you check your order and have patience with some new hires. There has been a breach of standard in regards to employee expectations and how customers are treated. I thought I was on candid camera this morning dealing with the drive-through cashier.

First time here I asked for a shake. The order taker made a big deal about adding Oreo to it so I just told him to forget it and left. I offered to pay double. SMH heard them laughing in the drive thru speaker as I was leaving. Stopped in today and got short changed due to the penny being discontinued. Pennies are still out there. Don’t short me because you’re too lazy to change the menu prices to reflect the lack of pennies. I tried to explain this to the order bagger and they could not speak enough English to understand me and instead of helping him the other crew members were just laughing. I’m glad they find interaction with me is entertaining. This location sucks big egg plant. The manager must be proud.

Food was as good as it gets. New modern clean dining area. I give service one star simply because I shouldn’t have to order at a kiosk they should have someone willing and ready to take your order
