McDonald's Menu Prices at 5174 Riverdale Rd ★3.1 (4360)

This place serves the food hot and quick. The Big Arch burger I got was lish and filling. The manager is super nice as well. She refers to you as "king" or "queen" which is definitely a bonus.

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s early this morning around 5 a.m. The employee on duty showed zero customer service skills.too rude on taking order, He took my credit card and added an extra $0.80 to the bill without asking or explaining. When I questioned the charge, he brushed it off, said it was “automatic,” and gave attitude instead of a proper explanation. Charging customers without consent and responding rudely is unacceptable. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. Management seriously needs to look into this

The food was not good. I asked for extra ketchup. Didn't happen. The buns were hard. I had to ask for no ice twice. Didn't get a welcome or have a nice day. Also found out there is a surcharge if you order a small drink. Was not happy.

This McDonald’s is a complete disaster. I visited this location for the first time to get my mom and brother some food. I had a special deal, so I tried to present the code to the cashier. The first red flag was when I pulled up and no one acknowledged me for about 3-4 minutes. Then, I asked, “Hello, are you ready?” It felt like there was no greeting when I arrived. When I reached the window to use the code, the cashier informed me that it wasn’t working. This was the first time I’d been to a McDonald’s and couldn’t use my code. I asked her to scan my app if that was acceptable. She took my phone and said, “It’s still not working.” At this point, I was already annoyed. I proceeded to pay, but then I asked if I could pay in partial amounts using my card and the rest in cash. She agreed. I told her how much I wanted to spend on my card, and she charged my card for the entire amount. I asked her to cancel the card payment and put the correct amount I had specified. She refused, saying she couldn’t do a refund. I hadn’t asked for a refund; I had asked to cancel the card payment. She continued to refuse, so I paid the remaining amount in cash because I was already upset. I decided to give this McDonald’s another chance the next day, hoping for a better experience. As soon as I pulled up, the same thing happened. There was no greeting, and I had to wait a few minutes before ordering. I told the cashier that I had a reward for a $2 Mc’crispy, and I gave her the code. She again informed me that it wasn’t working. I just pulled off and will not be returning to this location. You need to train your employees better. This is ridiculous!

Hands down the slowest in the area is the closest to my house, but I’d rather drive the extra mile to 85. Their staff sucks morning and night. They are the worst kitchen around and sometimes even after a lengthy wait your food will still be cold. I’ve also ordered things through the mobile app that we’re not available when I got there and there was no recourse for getting my money back. But today on a rainy day mid afternoon, I thought let me stop and get My Son something to eat. There was only about three cars in the line, but it took me about 15 minutes to finally be able to put an order through. That’s just not my expectation when we’re talking Fast food is McDonald’s for Christ sakes.
