Everything is a 0! Only one that tried to help was Jarlin! This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a McDonald’s location. My order — a sausage biscuit with hashbrown was not made properly. When I attempted to address the issue, the manager on duty, Navasha looked at me with clear disgust and made no effort to be helpful or professional. Her body language, facial expressions, and tone were rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. Instead of resolving a simple order issue, I was treated as if I was an inconvenience. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to correct the mistake. Customer service was nonexistent. People never forget how they are treated. The way I was treated during this visit was so poor that I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. This experience reflects badly not only on the store but on the McDonald’s brand as a whole. This matter needs to be brought to both upper management and corporate attention. I strongly urge management to have a serious conversation with Navasha regarding professionalism, customer interaction, and basic service standards. Managers set the tone for the entire restaurant — and this tone was unacceptable. If this issue is not addressed, I am prepared to continue submitting feedback to ensure it receives the attention it deserves. Customers should never feel disrespected or dismissed over a simple order issue. This was a deeply disappointing experience. KD

I generally like McDonalds, but the Big Arch had mediocre flavor. Stick with a Big Mac or a Double Cheeseburger!!

This McDonald’s is conveniently located across the street from Perimeter Mall. It is very clean, efficiently run and the employees we met were super nice!!! And the food was good, too!

My Filet-O-Fish only had half a slice of cheese. When I asked for the full slice, they tried to charge me for it. This is ridiculous and a very disappointing experience. 💁🏽👎🏾

Don’t go unless you’re a comedian as they love to laugh & make fun of you for what you order. I’ve been coming for 3 years now & the service is always fast & accurate but, it comes with the price of being made fun of as a customer. Will never be returning again :(
