McDonald's Menu Prices at 3101 Roswell Road ★3.2 (1270)

I work long hours outside my home, so I constantly find myself eating out. I usually choose well-known chain restaurants because cleanliness is important to me. I have to say, this is one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is focused and professional, and the food is well presented. Almost every McDonald’s in the Atlanta area serves food with terrible presentation—my dogs eat better than that! Burgers dripping with grease, fries cooked in burnt oil, chicken nuggets the color of cardboard. But this location truly reminded me what it feels like to sit down and enjoy good service and good food. I really appreciate the quality here. Highly recommended.

As I was about to leave a review, I noticed that with over 1265 Google reviews and a 3.2, you must be bad. What a shame! Elvira – leadership matters. And you are to blame. If you don’t treat customers with respect, your staff won’t either. This is why the people working with you totally pretended I wasn’t standing at the counter. You should be ashamed of yourself for having a manager’s uniform on. You need re-training. I came in for a filet meal. I knew my order would need a conversation because it was a special order. As I stood there at the counter (with no one else in line but me), I was never greeted or addressed. The manager (Elvira) continued to have a full conversation with Causey (he was bagging things or waiting for food items for the drive-thru as well as there being an employee working drive-thru and it appeared another girl was putting together some drinks for drive-thru. All of this along with Elvira helping drive thru. I continued to stand there without any acknowledgement whatsoever. Kausey turned and looked at me and so did Elvira. They then turned back around and pretended I was invisible as they continued to talk to one another. Finally, I said in an elevated voice, “Can I please place an order”. Causey eventually came over, took my order and still messed it up. I asked that the coffee be fresh- it was almost 4 in the afternoon – but he just poured what was there and it was bitter from sitting all day. I asked that the tarter sauce be on the side – it was on my sandwich anyway. The fries were cold and shriveled. It wasn’t that difficult. When I asked him to make the corrections, he complained the entire time that he belonged on the grill. Eventually, without uttering a word, Elvira walked right by me to go home for the day – as she had ignored me from the start. The shining star and the reason I couldn’t give a negative rating was because of Matthew. After continually complaining that he didn’t belong at the counter, Causey called Matthew from the back. What a rock star! Matthew knows how to take care of customers. He fixed everything and his customer service skills are top- notch! Thank goodness for him! Keep and promote him. He saved the day for me.

I ordered “curb side pickup”. It was only one happy meal and it was not even busy. I waited for more than 15 min only to find out my food had been sitting on the counter the whole time. What is the point of curbside pickup if I’m going to leave my car? And no one said sorry when I pointed this out. Worst experience

They really need to close this location if they can't run it to deliver the food within 40 min in fast food restrauant. MCDONLAD is known for bad service but here ! they cant run the place at all. Honestly, it was ALWAYS bad but we would still go because it was convient location. But today it was outrageous! So we wont be returning to this location... The story is... We ordered a 35 dollar worth of food and waited over 50 min and when we asked asked for assistant, the respond that we got from the employee was " why are u still here" (the employee was super clueless) When we asked for refund bc we were super frustrated and then we were face w rude unprofessional attitude grumpy lady who didnt care abt customer service. Then as I was leaving we notice there were cars waiting every parking space. I notice McDonald's responding to ask customers to report on their link? I honestly feel Mcdonald corporate need to do their own investigation if there are these much negative reviews. Employees doesn't care abt the store and food quality sux!

Horrible service today! Went to drive through and had simple order of fries. Was asked to pull forward and my fries would be right out. Never received my order. Count 4 other cars getting their food. Eventually went inside to cancel my order. Didn’t receive my money back either.
