McDonald's Menu Prices at 607 Lewis Blvd ★3.4 (1210)

Horrible! I went through drive thru, in fact I’m still waiting in the spot they asked me to pull forward to. I ordered a kids meal and a double quarter pounder meal. They gave me the kids meal and my drinks but I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich and fries! I had my husband go in to check what is taking so long and there are other people in the lobby that they are ignoring. When he asked them about the sandwich they told him they just started making it. 15 mins LATER! This is infuriating! My son’s meal is now cold. You need to have an adult manager at night because this night crew does not know what they are doing. I’ve watched eight other cars in the drive thru come and go. Even the car behind me has been waiting a long time. My husband said there was a door dasher who has been waiting for 20 minutes for their pickup order. And there was employees who were on break during all of this. When the lady put my food in the bag they just threw it in there. I also paid extra for an extra patty and didn’t get it.

This is type of food services we have recieved on mcdonalds on highway 75. It's not that hard to take a few minutes extra to get food correct and presentable. This is awful. Half the fries on a large frie and sauce literally thrown on the sandwiches. Onions on the bottom of sandwhich. Poor food services. How would u like if your food looked thrown around and half the food but charged full prices.

The service at this location was terrible. We decided to dine in and that was a mistake. First, we had to beg someone to take our order since we refuse to use the kiosk. After we ordered we then waited over 15 minutes for our food to be completed. We all know what McDonald's food is, it's 2 stars at best when it is hot. We don't eat often at McDonald's but this experience will make visits even less frequently.

Too long of a wait for orders to be served. If you go to the drive-thru you instantly get sent to the reserved spots to wait for them to get your meals even when there is not alot of people in line. Once they bring the meals the food is already cold, and not fresh as if they weren't sold for 2 weeks straight. Please improve this matter immediately because I am one of those customers that always get sent to the revered spots when no one is waiting behind me, even when it's not busy. Thank You.

Stopped for the grinch meals (as advertised on their giant customizable sign), asked if I had to specify that I wanted the grinch meals and was told I didn't have to. Didn't get grinch meals and the bun on the Big Mac was hard. Won't be back.
