McDonald's Menu Prices at 9804 Fairview Ave ★3.6 (1414)

Terrible service. Bought 3 large fries for family. received 3 that were not even half full I wish I had taken a picture brought to manager she rolled her eyes and gave me another. Then I opened my sandwich and I have two haves of one whole tomato on my burger extremely thick with the bud ends on both sides. What the hell. I don’t want to pay for this, everything I asked not have was on it. Every single persons order was messed up not what anyone asked for, And again the manager just acted like I was inconvenience to her. They wernt even busy we were the only ones in there. And she gladly took the burger back which is illegal so she knows nothing regarding food safety and regulations. I was willing and Happy to give it back but it just makes you wonder what other health regulations she’s blowing off. The employees are just lazy at this location.

Kiosk couldn’t take payment and I had to wait (no employees around) and then flag someone down and ask to pay for my order so they’d start making it. Fries were cold and soggy at 5 pm and portions were smaller than usual. Last time we came, they were out of some items so we left. Time to stop wasting time at this location.

Always so delicious! Always so amazing! Always so fresh!! I've been loving McDonald's since I was a kid and there's a reason I keep going back to it because it's like a home cooked meal to me. It adds memories and freshness when I eat it and it never fails to satisfy my taste buds!!

In a sense, McDonald’s is a safe haven for us, especially late at night when the only other establishments available are places are Mexican food and strip clubs.. The food was ok, I tried out the new Kerwin Frost Meal that was priced around $11-12. Nicely arranged little box with a toy that I most likely will get bored of playing with in a couple months time. The biggest concern was the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was overflowing trash in all the bins and paper receipts littered across the floor. We even spotted a floor mat resting on top of the trash receptacle which was unsettling. The ketchup dispenser was empty and instead of replacing the ketchup, they had the to-go packets placed underneath it, either indicating they were out of ketchup dispenser refill or rather they found it easier to make the guests do more work. The brief interaction with the employee who took our order was good, except the reason we had to interact was because they didn’t give us our Large drink cups to use for the fountain. All in all McDonald’s is the butt of a lot of jokes, but this restaurant could live up to more of its potential by taking some small steps to provide a more pleasant atmosphere.

Dec 2, at 7:15am manager on duty was completely unprofessional with me. So much so that the employee next to her had to profusely apologize. All I tried to do is communicate that I received the wrong receipt. The manager, snapped at me, disregarded my commutative effort and completely dismissed me by walking away mid sentence. This manager needs serious evaluation. In no way should any patron be treated with complete disregard. Disrespect or being dismissed in a regular normal exchange between customer and manager shouldn’t have to lead to me leaving a review of my experience. This manager behaved as a bully for absolutely no reason at all.
