McDonald's Menu Prices at Belleville — 62221 ★2.9 (1440)

I rarely eat our in Shiloh/O'Fallon area because of the kid's they have working at these fast food places the food and service standards are terrible. The food and customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life and we travel a lot. I ordered dinner for my husband and I since I had a long day at work and errands after work. At 9 pm I went to McDonald's to order food and went all the way home and they gave me a flattened cheeseburger 🍔 and tried to say their machine is broken and that's why it's that flattened the quarter pounder! Lol.....I DID NOT ORDER A CHEESEBURGER! I ORDERED A QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE. THEY TRIED TO PASS A HAMBURGER AS A QUARTER POUNDER. No ma'am, No my dear McDonald's was my first job and I have six kid's and I have eaten a lot of McDonald's in my 49 years! I know people that own McDonald's. This is not my first rodeo. I know what a quarter w/cheese is. I took the food back and the manager on duty gave me a full refund. This right here is another reason I do not take my family out to fast food. We go to the restaurants in the area instead. I provided pictures so y'all can see. I will be calling their corporate office tomorrow morning! This is not okay. Wasting my time, energy, gas, wear and tear on my vehicle! I hope you change your staff and get people that really want and need to work. I ce home and had cereal for dinner. From someone that works in HR down the street from this McDonald's. It's a shame these days restaurants just hire anybody just to fill a position.

Got 20 piece nuggets tonight specifically for the Monopoly things and they didn't give us one with them! 😠 The nuggets were not cooked well (parts didn't cook right) and the fries are mushy. They really need to change out the oil.

We ordered our meal & paid for it with no problem. We then proceeded to the second window & the young lady at the window handed us our order… I checked my meal before driving off. When I opened the sandwich, the Crispy Deluxe Chicken was on top of both buns with a pickle…it didn’t include no lettuce, tomatoes, spread, & or anything…just a dry burnt sandwich. My husband then brought it to her attention that the sandwich was unacceptable & he handed back to her so that she could make it right. She went away for about 20 seconds & gave us the same exact sandwich in the same packaging. I couldn’t believe she could be so trifling…. The Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich was burnt! And why would she give us the same sandwich twice? I’ve never experienced any service of this magnitude ever before in life!!! I usually don’t complain but I had to share my experience at the Shiloh, Illinois-Green mount Rd. location. Our experience there didn’t even deserve any stars…Management should offer additional training because her actions were unacceptable!

Employees acted like ordering the advertised special made their brains glitch. Apparently two drive thru lanes are too much for them to manage. I expected mess when my car, the car ahead of me, AND the car behind me were asked to pull over because managing drive thru times is beyond the staff’s comprehension. The filet o fish buns were hard and chewy, and they did not include cheese. The low amount I spent is the only reason I’m leaving this review instead of just filing a charge back. But hopefully their track record is well documented and future customers won’t be so understanding.

Wrong order. I ordered steak egg and cheese bagel, but I received bacon instead. I call the store. Someone with a nasty attitude answers the phone. Just what I needed to start my day. Just keep the refund. I will not return.
