McDonald's Menu Prices at 1563 N Wells ★3.8 (964)

The staff were so not interested in making you happy. My fries were $2.67 total for a small fry. It was not busy at all. There’s free bathrooms here. The fries were just given to me in a bag with no napkins and no ketchup bc I understand if ppl waste it but just at least ask me if I want something before just handing me the bag. And when I asked the staff for ketchup it was attitude. All the staff were just non chalant. Good thing is this area is a lot of fun.

Omg we came after the club it’s 2am rn it’s soo crowded but the food was fresh I gave it 4 stars instead of lower cause of the security guard and the locked bathrooms. The food was so fresh too so that was a major plus. I also made friends while waiting so it was fun and ppl cheered when we would get our orders cause of the long wait lol

First let me say this rating is based on other McDonald’s restaurants and typical fast food you find at McDonalds and not other fancier restaurants. This is a decent McDs but not the best. Iced Coffee was average as the coffee had a bit of a stronger after taste than I’m used to. Also while there is seating inside I can’t say I’d want to eat there as the atmosphere is a bit weak. Is you want a McDs it ok but if you’re in this neighborhood I might try other fast food first.

They totally forgot the nuggets that I ordered and then served me undone meat when I asked do I have to request well done to whomever answered the phone they said the probably put the directly from the grill on to my bun which means they totally didn’t follow procedure and caused me to get a undone patty that I partially ate . I immediately started throwing up once I realized it was uncooked fries have probably been sitting way pass the change out window . This sucks the crew obviously is not working together to produce quality food I completely get the fast food part but I don’t want to be poisoned in the midst of that . Please utilize safe serv as well as daily McDonald procedures .management needs to monitor employees more closely and fill in as needed

This was a "fancy" McDonald's. We ordered electronically on a kiosk they had there. There were a few items on the menu that I haven't seen on normal McDonald's menus. It was open late and service was quick; great for a stop in if you're out on the town and need a quick snack.
