McDonald's is literally the best! 😋 Where do I even start? The golden arches are like a beacon of comfort food bliss, calling your name whenever you're craving something quick, cheap, and oh-so-satisfying. Their fries – crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and salty perfection? Game. Changer. 🍟 Pair those with a Big Mac, and you've got a match made in heaven: special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and all. It's like a party in your mouth! 🎉 And don't get me started on the breakfast menu. Sausage Egg McMuffins are a morning savior, and those hash browns? Crunchy, golden goodness. Plus, the McCafé coffee is the perfect wake-me-up juice ☕️. The service? Usually on point – quick, friendly, and with a smile (even behind a mask). Plus, the app is super convenient for ordering ahead and scoring deals 🤑. Now, I know some people like to, ahem, "diss" McDonald's, but let's be real – it's a global icon for a reason. It's comfort, it's nostalgia, and it's just... there. You know what you're getting, and 9 times out of 10, it's gonna hit the spot. 🤘

I just had a most disgusting experience at the McDonald's in Deerfield. Some young kid claiming to be one of the managers made a drink that I had ordered incorrectly. When I pointed out to him that he had made the drink incorrectly he refused to remake it or even apologize. Rather, he insisted on refunding me the money. When I asked for his name and if he was a manager he said he doesn't have to give me his name and he is one of the managers. McDonald's should be more careful who they hire as managers. Certainly, it needs a person that knows how to deal with people politely and professionally. After he handed me my money back he proceeded to wish me a great rest of the day and a wonderful Holiday in the most despicable phony way that one can imagine. That kid has big issues and he should not be working there at all. I just might want to add, I am a daily customer of McDonald's. I get this drink and more at least once a day, everyday. I will never again go to this McDonald's in Deerfield. That is certain!

I would of given it a 1 overall due to the chicken nuggets being hard and dry. The burger was ok and I couldn't complain about the service. It was the first time I tried the 5 dollar meal. Also first time trying the chicken nuggets. They were completely terrible. Cheap for what it is and wanted to try it once. That will be the only time.

59 South Waukegan is by far the nicest McDonald's I have ever been to! The staff was nice and professional. The whole atmosphere was just elegant and so clean!!! It is hard to believe as a fast food restaurant, but it is! Look at my pictures! Very well organized. Service was top notch. Thank you, Juanita! I was so impressed. Food was tasty and freshly made.

Shout out to the manager, Domingo, for honoring breakfast even though I was a couple of minutes late. It kicked off my day in the right direction. Thank you sir and your staff.🫡✊🏾
