Ordered a McRib meal was sooo looking forward to having one ordered another meal Quarter pounder meal got Quarter pounder meal no McRib got Big Mac instead no fault of door dash at all ad ticket on bag said correct order but the sandwich was in a container that Clearly said Big Mac.. tried calling restaurant several times no answer only VM left message of problem no return call!!! so got ahold of DoorDash and they took care of the difference owed to me. Just very disappointed that I did not get McRib won’t order from this store ever again clearly they don’t care or take time to check orders that are correct or respond to your calls.thank goodness door dash takes care of their customers…!!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I honestly don’t understand how they still standing. The most incompetent people ever, your order is NEVER right. I placed two separate orders (cook to order) so that means two separate bags. Nope they placed both orders in the same bag. It was also a sandwich missing. Go inside to get it the manager gives me this cold sandwich cheese not melted. The sandwich felt like a brick hence to why I get all my food cooked to order. I told her this is not what I asked, for this is not cooked to order. She lies in my face and said well when you ask for those sandwiches, we drop another one. It’s no way for that sandwich feel cold the way that it did like a brick. My total wait time just about 30 minutes. But that’s what I get for going to McDonald’s In Moline I normally go to East Moline McDonald’s It’s clean people are pleasant orders are fresh without even asking for cook to order.

Have been here multiple times, sometimes food is okay other times it's not. They will drop food on the floor and still serve it, they've served me 3 hamburgers that all had dry, hard buns. There's one specific employee who still works there to this day that sexually harassed multiple other employees and makes inappropriate comments or actions and management does nothing about it. On the bright side there is one cashier that carries this whole establishment, excellent customer service and an extremely nice woman I will look forward to seeing her there if I ever go back in the future. But overall I do not recommend, you will get a floor burger or harassed by the employee.

22 minute wait for my meal while they just kept sending food out the drive-up window. Since when did dine-in take a backseat to people you never interact with? The other families in the dining area were equally dismayed. Here's the most telling part... Every dine-in guest was apologized to by the staff. Why should you provide service so poor you need to apologize to everyone you come in contact with? Shame, this used to be a nice location.

I ate nearby at a different restaurant and wanted a bit of dessert after. I'm a big fan of the McDonald's ice cream cone, so I decided to come here to get one. The interior of this McDonald's is like so many others that have been updated recently. The floors are uniform grey ceramic tiles, the chairs, booths, and tables all look new, and the drop ceiling looks to be recently changed, as well. Lighting consists of recessed and suspended fixtures, both of which were also well supplemented by the natural light from the many windows. It's a typical new McDonald's, nothing crazy about it. I only wanted my ice cream cone and proceeded to one of the kiosks to order it. The kiosk wouldn't let me pay and ended up cancelling the order three times, so I ended up ordering from the counter. Came to find out this location doesn't do all day breakfast and they'd gotten a few orders for breakfast past the appointed time for it to end from the kiosk. The apparent solution to this was to shut the kiosk off all together. I don't get it - wouldn't you want people to continue ordering lunch from the kiosks? I ended up waiting for longer than five minutes for my ice cream cone. I wasn't really upset, as it's a lazy Saturday morning for me. I did get a front fow seat while waiting to the manager and employees yelling at each other over everything from breaks to issues with orders and various staffing issues. It all seemed quite unprofessional - both the yelling and the fact that it was right there for all to hear. I only got my ice cream cone after another employee noticed me waiting and asked what I needed. After I told him I was waiting for my cone, he went and made it for me immediately. This was probably the one bright spot during my visit. Also, the cone tasted like a normal McDonald's ice cream cone. No complaints there. This place should probably spend a little bit of time and introspection figuring out basic things like the technology that runs their kiosks and basic respect between coworkers. I have no plans to return - I can get a McDonald's ice cream cone much closer to home without the discomfort from the cacophony of employees yelling at each other.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?
