McDonald's Menu Prices at 109 East Highway 50 ★2.9 (1200)

Not a good expierence for a customer or even for the employees. The GM has an issue with raising her voice at her workers and picking favorites, while also refusing to help a confused customer. The vibes were awful and have made many people feel awkward during their visit there. I would definitely suggest going to another fast food restaurant.

Received food fast because I just ordered one item nuggets were for my teen son. Custom service needs improvement especially by the manager that assisted a senior citizen while I was there. I work in HR and this location needs better leadership so the younger generation there can learn from. I rarely go to these fast food places around here because of this. I've experienced the worst customer service in O'Fallon, Illinois. I take my business to restraunts in the are instead.

This place has gone downhill. It's been a while since I've been here but I normally always use the drive through. The registers backed up with a bunch of people and I can't tell if they've already ordered or they're about to order. There's such a tiny amount of space here at the counter that distinguishing either group is impossible. The rest of the place is a mess. One of my videos shows how many flies I encountered. There is french fries, wrappers and receipts on the floor. The floor itself is sticky. The broom closet is open with a bucket sitting at the doorway as if someone thought maybe they should clean it up but never did. The drink area is disgusting mess. The bathrooms however are very clean. I can only see two employees, but it looks like they're pretty much only working on Uber orders. I ordered at the kiosk which is fine, but there's not an obvious place to pick up orders once it's ready. It took about 8 minutes for my burger to come out and 22 minutes for my frappe. It actually would have taken longer but I was able to get their attention to get it to me in a somewhat normal time. The lady next to me was waiting for her order for over a half hour. A lot of these places have this thing where they prioritize drive-thru to make the experience quicker for them, but screw everybody who's standing in line inside

Terrible service, employees taking breaks sitting all over the dining area and inviting in friends to goof around with. People yelling at each other, literally watched an employee plop down in a seat and make other employees bring her food. She then sat there eating and sucking on her fingers and smacking so loud I could hear it over the yelling of the employees. Pick a different McDonald’s there are about 5 others working 5 miles. Someone who owns this place needs to go and see how this place is managed…..

Went through drive thru paid for my food then waited for 45 mins. Went inside 5 people running around not knowing whats going on or where peoples food is. And all 5 people sticking their hands grabbing random food and not communicating so my food was cold and missing 2 4 piece nuggets. Had what looked like only 1 to 2 people actually making the food. The line was long and they were parking everyone and forgetting to bring food out. Worst experience
