McDonald's Menu Prices at 2320 W War Memorial Drive ★3.2 (1266)

Stopped here today for a quick lunch. They have a $5 meal deal — just ask the staff and they will tell you about it. It comes with a double cheeseburger, nuggets, small fries, and a drink. Cheap, tasty, and filling. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Good spot for a quick work lunch.

I ordered a large Spicy McChicken Deluxe meal and didn’t even get my large fries. How do you forget the main part of the meal? I paid for a large combo and only got the sandwich and drink. No apology, no explanation — just missing food. It’s frustrating to spend your money and not even get what you ordered. Definitely check your bag before you leave because apparently they don’t.

Why is it that when I order something? I never get what I ordered? Like… it’s literally a Happy Meal. A whole standardized box of joy. And somehow they manage to forget the two things that actually make it feel even remotely healthy, the apple slices and the apple juice! It’s not like I ordered a custom-engineered five-layer burrito with secret instructions. It’s apple slices and juice. The bare minimum. The starter pack. The “I’m pretending my kid is eating something nutritious” items! At this point they might as well hand you the box and say, “Here’s your child’s lunch, minus everything you actually needed. Good luck, sir.” Honestly, I’d be LIVID but also laughing because it’s always the simplest things they forget. Meanwhile my 16-month-old is in the back plotting to eat couch stickers again.

The Price/Quality ratio is far too low for us to also tolerate the fact that orders placed are *CONSTANTLY* wrong. This happens all the time here, but just today I ordered 2 meals for my sick girlfriend and I, had the foresight to double check them before I left the parking lot and had to go in for corrections. They hand me my corrected food back and I hurry home - and then find out the corrected order was *also wrong*. McDonalds should not be in business anymore and I'm ashamed I'm so addicted to easy food that I can't just let them.

Terrible service, false advertisement, faulty equipment, rude workers. The order kiosk wasn't accepting payments and is malfunctioning. The drink fountain was out of order and they did not have ice, and when we asked to have a substitute due to malfunctioning ice machine, we were refused and ignored. Frappe machine was down although they were still advertising it on the menu as an active item. There was a bucket in the bathroom containing leak water from the roof that was apparently leaking.
