McDonald's Menu Prices at 4301 W Wabash Avenue ★3.1 (783)

Don't go here! I went through drive through today. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with no onions, fries, and a coke. No one greeted at the intercom. I said no onions. Order didn't reflect that. I corrected the original order. They confirmed at paying. Then I got my food. Confirmed on the receipt. Onions on both burgers. I parked, went in. A very nice lady said, "no onions, are there onions on them". I said yes and she asked the staff to remake. No ONE was in a rush. The cook seemed annoyed. The nice manager went on break and the gentleman that took over kept commenting under his breath that it didn't say no onions. It's on my receipt! After SEVERAL minutes, he went to the grill area. They made a whole other sandwich while I waited. He was getting food from other places and the processes looked different. Lots of back and forth, but I didn't think anything of it. Get back to my office, take a bite, and it is covered in burnt onions. The burger had been recooked instead of remade. It's like they scrapped some of the onions off, recooked it, and then gave it back to me. Absolutely disgusting. Photo below, I scrapped some off on top. No, not grill bits. These are onions. If you have any type of allergy, DO NOT go here. They take zero care and this was obviously intentional.

Stopped for what we thought would be a quick dinner on 2/27/2026 at approximately 5:20 pm. Ordered on one of the kiosks, and did not get a receipt. Tried to find a clean table, but there were none. Took 20 minutes to get our food. We were the only people in the lobby that had ordered food, and when we walked in there were only 4 cars in the drive-thru. They messed up one of our burgers, so my husband went up to get the burger we ordered, He spoke with the girl at the front that we recieved the wrong burger. She just looked at him and walked away without acknowledging him. He stood at the front for 10 minutes, before he was asked by another employee what he was waiting on. Took another 5 minutes to get the burger. Food bland and cold, besides the "fresh" burger. We dont get mcdonalds very often, but after this visit we will not be back.

The young lady working front 10/4 in the evening should be fired. Poor Gregory doesn't appear to hear too well either. The young lady brough our two happy meals to the drive through window, where I asked for ranch instead of sweet and sour. This is where Gregory comes in; after two attempts at saying no to the sweet and sour, and that we wanted ranch, I just pulled forward. Without skipping a beat the young lady gave me attitude, saying 'it's in there.' Pulled forward to check because I know darn well it's not. And good thing I checked, because it was sweet and sour. I went in and put the container on the counter saying I wanted ranch. She then doubled down on her lie and said it's in the other one. Which was a cheeseburger happy meal. I questioned why there was sauce in a cheeseburger happy meal. Again, she flat out lied to me. Continuing to give me attitude, she finally gave me the ranch and continuing to tell me she didn't care that she lied and doesn't care about her job.

What an absolutely terrible experience! Manager had the audacity to tell me I was having a bad day. I wasn’t before trying to get a QPC. Simple order placed at the counter but they somehow couldn’t figure out how to put it in my hands in less than 10 minutes so I asked for a refund. Manager was rude, dismissive, disrespectful and generally did her very best to ruin my day. McCorporate will probably respond and ask me to email them. No need, I already called and filed a complaint with your customer service department.

Pulled up at 5:05am on 10/5/25, double checked and online it says they open at 5. Waited at the drive thru menu saying hello multiple times and no one answered. Did this for about 10 minutes and gave up. I had to be at work. There were employees in the building, I saw them as I drove away. No breakfast today. This is the second time this has happened to me, happened awhile back at the freedom drive location. Whoever is in charge of these Springfield locations needs to look into what time the stores are actually opening. Very dissapointing. Tried to do feedback on the McDonald's app and it won't let me without a receipt. The locator won't work. Why am I even surprised at this point?
