McDonald's Menu Prices at 861 Toronto Rd ★3.3 (1124)

well, it was a mixed bag. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly, which is always a plus. However, the service was painfully slow—over 15 minutes for a simple order of three burgers and some fries. The food? Let’s just say it left much to be desired. The chicken nuggets were old and cold, and the cheeseburger wasn’t any better. Not exactly the quality you’d expect, even from a fast-food joint. To top it off, the ice cream machine was, unsurprisingly, out of order. Classic. In short, if you’re in a rush or craving a reliable meal, you might want to look elsewhere. This location has some serious room for improvement.

Gotta admit that I am a frequent visitor lol The employees at the drive thru are always polite and friendly. Never had a bad experience with them. The like is usually fast, which is an expectation of using the drive through. I only had messed up orders twice. The first one I let it slide. The second one, I called and left a voice message but never heard back. Over all, this restaurant at least in terms of its drive through thru services meets the expectations. One star off for not returning the message.

I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. I had accidentally ordered a mobile pickup on the inside instead of the drive thru and instead of telling me to go inside to pick up they were very condescending and rude trying to tell me that this is “not how it works”. I would have been more than happy to go inside if that was the case but instead they acted like they had no idea what to do. Very frustrating.

this place is horrible and there online ordering sucks too after I clicked on there store. my order went to a different state I think and they said too bad at the counter. you only have a 30 min lunch I guess you get no food. app won't cancel said call the store for a refund and they said do it on the app. the manager was of no help. said call the address in Georgia

Walked in for lunch on 10/21 and waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. It appeared that the staff was getting hit with a lot of phone in and app orders, but this particular location always seems to have issues. This will be my last visit...Taco Bell is just down the road. (Edit 10/23) Owner responds with a link for additional feedback. Sorry, I'm not wasting any additional time on this. My review is self-explanatory.
