McDonald's Menu Prices at 5703 W Jefferson St ★3.4 (1793)

Stopped by this place on my lunch break and it was honestly a nice surprise. The food came out quick, fries were hot, and the burger had good flavor without being greasy. Staff seemed friendly and kept the place clean, even during the rush. Prices were fair for what you get. I’d definitely swing by again when I’m in the area

I placed an order for 2 Happy Meals through the app. After waiting over 25 minutes, I got home to find that not only were the orders incorrect (apples instead of the extra fries I requested), but the chocolate milk in my child’s meal had already been opened and was not full. This is not just an error in service—it is a serious food safety issue. My child unknowingly drank from a container that had either been consumed from or tampered with. When I called the store to notify them, I spoke with the store manager, Brandon. His only solution was for me to pack my kids up, drive back, and exchange the milk. When I told him I wasn’t going to do that he told me to save the milk and bring it back another day for a new one….gross. I found his dismissive response unacceptable given the potential health risk involved. Food that is unsealed or appears tampered with should never reach a customer, especially in a child’s meal. I am extremely concerned, both with the lapse in quality control and with the lack of seriousness shown by store leadership. Ridiculous wait time, our order was wrong, there were safety concerns and the customer service was atrocious. Never again, Burger King here we come!

Fast service and great food. Only wish the fries were always more fresh so I never have to ask for fresh ones. Always seem like im bothering them. But i paid for the food so I should get it fresh everytime. No questions.

Sat in the drive thru for over ten minutes so decided to walk inside. There was a line of customers that haven’t been helped. All the employees are just looking at us. No greeting. No “be right with you” just blank stares. One even walked right past us making eye contact. Me and several others just left.

We have tried this location so many times over the last 5 years because it is conveniently located, but every single time it has been a waste of time and money and has provided utterly disappointing and incorrect food orders! My family and friends have all promised ourselves to skip this location and drive a little further for our Golden Arches food fix!
