McDonald's Menu Prices at 52665 Sr 933 ★3.2 (1146)

I was there 2/6/26 @ 9:30 or so just to just use the restroom didn't need something to eat. But I most say the restaurant was so professionally clean with a comfortable atmosphere. There is only 2 McDonald's restaurants in the area with this type of professionalism and this one is in that group. I just want to say "Thank you to the crew"

My husband, my kids and I are doing yard work today, and I wanted to get something cheap and fast for the kids, since they're doing such a great job on the yard. I went to the McDonald's on 933, parked in the number for mobile order pickup spot. All of a sudden like a minute later, their mobile order sign falls on my car. One of "managers" came out to tak pictures, but proceeded to tell me they were looking on the cameras bcuz I pushed it over. Thanks goodness I was on the 📱 with dispatch(which is recorded and she notated) that he said that I did this. Photos show, that whatever employee did it, decided to put a brick UNDER the base of the sign(which didn't have any sand no nothing in the base), so the wind blew it over on my car. I got a refund bcuz my food would have been cold by the time I got home. I sat there for a while for the police to show, since the employee wants to lie on me, police said it would be taken care of and the manager over the store would come out and talk to me. Which she did not. I told the police to go ahead n go, bcuz they even said she was gonna come out and talk to me. Waited about 20more mins, called non emergency to have someone come back out so I didn't have to go back into that establishment where they have empathy for employees that LIE. Finally another 15mins pass. Military cop came, got her, he didnt help, thankfully another county officer came to help, bcuz I was calm the whole time n the military office decided to get loud with me for absolutely no reason. I told the county officer that al I wanted was an apology, and for some type of disciplinary action would be taken, but the manager said she would NOT do anything about th employee 🤷‍♀️ so now I'm going to get the transcripts from South Bend Police and will be submitting them to corporate. Why would you want a manager hiring or keeping employees who lie??? And ON DOCUMENTATION! She kept telling me that insurance would handle him ... What's insurance going to do? It's scratches! I wanted an apology NOT food or money and I was met with no empathy from anyone that interacted with me at that establishment. Yes, I got loud with the employee, but don't say I did something, when I was CLEARLY IN MY CAR WHEN IT HAPPENED!!! THANK GOD FOR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS!!!!!!!! (and dispatch)

Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of how FILTHY it is! The floor is slick with grease. We were in today for lunch and couldn’t find a clean table, mind you- we were the only customers inside and very few cars in the drive thru. The dining area looks grimy with dust & smudges on all the windows. The foyer stinks like it hasn’t been cleaned & don’t even dare try the bathroom. The food was hot & our order was correct. It’s been years since I’ve been inside this McDonald’s & was shocked that it was so bad.

We stopped here recently on a trip from Cleveland to Chicago. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the worst McDonalds I've ever had. Ordered a couple double cheeseburger meals and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru. In a time crunch to get to our destination, we immediately got back on the highway and opened our food. EVERYTHING was cold. The fries were old and the burgers were almost a black color like they have been sitting out for hours under a heat lamp. I took two bites and threw it back in the bag. It didn't even taste like food. It was so bad, it made me never want to eat any McDonald's ever again.

Classic location. Messes up every order. And when you go for your yearly attempt at getting a shamrock shake “the machine isnt working” F tier mcdonalds with no chance of getting better I have still never tried a shamrock shake
