For being a new builder its terrible. Harly see anyone that works there except to bring your food. Food is okay for what it is. Service the tables are dirty or covered with trash, trash cans have been over flowing both time we've been here, trash can opening you have to put in piece by piece cause how small the openings are, kids area is nice but no door to spilt it off so its loud everywhere, smell already, you have to walk through the cars in line for thw drive through to get inside, there is minimal parking, had a random kid walk across our table bare foot and 2 other occupi tables and it already smells inside. Don’t bother trying to order breakfast for delivery. I placed my order at 10:11, my driver didn’t get to the store until 10:40 at that point they told her the order wasn’t placed until 10:40 which is completely false see the screenshot and that they weren’t going to make it. I then called the store and the snobby manager said they didn’t receive it until 10:40 and that was “well past the time breakfast ended” breakfast ends at 10:30 be for real 10 minutes is not well past. Then I tried telling her I placed it at 10:11 and she hung up on me. Worst customer service ever and I’ve worked fast food for 7 years and we’ve always fulfilled every order even if it was inconvenient.

Another McDonald's that can't get an order right. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. I asked for them to remove everything but the cheese and add JUST mac sauce. Got my sandwiches, one was correct, one had ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions. My husband took it in to get fixed. He was ignored for 10 minutes before finally having someone take it from him. They gave it back and he came back outside. His food was cold by then and we pulled away. I checked my sandwich. It was the same sandwich but it looked like they had just scraped the previous stuff off. There was still ketchup on the paper. I still had pickles and onions on my sandwich and mac sauce. I can't eat onions because they cause migraines. We had somewhere to be and we were frustrated. I called the store and asked them why my order was given back wrong again and the woman that answered was short with me. So I got rude back and asked what is so hard about my order that all of the McDonald's we go to can't get it right. Because, this is a review I have left for the other side of town McDonald's as well. She said I could bring my order back for a refund to which I replied "no, you seem too busy to be bothered with us and we have places to be"... because after waiting 10 minutes and being ignored and having my husband's food be cold, a refund at this point, really doesn't seem worth it. Honestly, I think we're just done with McDonald's. The only thing good is the Frappés, and even those are available 50% of the time. You all think you deserve higher pay? Are you kidding me? Your customer service blows

Update 7/23/25 figured we would check them out since they have been newly updated. They have now gone mostly with kiosks with one register that they don’t want to use and all the kiosks don’t work either which is kind of odd for a brand new place they also don’t allow you to refill your own drink. You have to throw it away and they’ll give you a new one. They are still slow and still mess sandwiches up several people they’re waiting for 40 minutes for food and drinks. One would think with it being a new place, it would be quicker with all the new tech, but I guess not good luck to anyone who tries to go here!! Update: 11/14/24 They have gone backwards badly again…. They repeatedly don’t understand the concept of no cheese when you say no cheese! Not sure what’s confusing about this. Not just once but several times so I guess we are done with this location. Good luck to anyone else that goes here… This location is getting better. They had a bad spell then got better. Sometimes they go backwards but last night (Halloween) they was busy and they kept everyone moving quickly!! Nice work!!

This place has gotten its act together. It used to be very slow, but now it is average for a McDonald's. The employees seem to actually try. They also have better Christmas decorations inside the restaurant than I have at my house. Food is on par with McDonald's. They have gotten much faster. Gone are the days of waiting 30 minutes for a happy meal, and the restaurant is better for it. I avoided this place before because it was so slow and my kids always wanted to go here because it has a play place. I don't avoid it anymore. 4 stars because while it has improved, it used to be terrible.
