Served raw chicken sandwich. Waited 10 minutes for crispy chicken to finish. I always assumed these were precooked at the distributor. If they are, then I guess they are at fault. Update: after leaving feedback on the official mcdonald's site, I wasn't offered anything, not even 1 free sandwich. Just a statement saying "sorry we didn't meet your standards." Wow.

The food is a fifty fifty chance of being cooked well and not cold stale or something old that's been sitting in the bins . They are often out of multiple items quite regularly. The staff is fifty fifty chance you'll get a friendly helpful smile or a completely zoned out worker who barely pays you the customer any care or attention from order to check out. Often times you just get your food handed off to you without the worker even looking you in the eyes. Not a very friendly atmosphere around 50 percent of the time and same for quality of food if they have it in stock and that's during normal middle of the day hours not at a time when you'd expect it like closing time or late night when they are supposed to have li. Ited menu.

Ordered through uber eats at 6:57am. Estimated delivery time was shown as 10-20 minutes. 45 minutes later it still shows that they are preparing the order. Contacted uber and was told to contact the restaurant as it still shows they are preparing it. Called the store and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. First she told me that they didn't have any in my name. Then she told me to contact uber. I explained that uber told me to contact the restaurant. She asked me what I ordered and then tells me that they will make my order when a driver gets there. I explained that they won't send a driver until they update their end that it is ready. She then comes back and says she found the order and would push it through. She then rudely says "sorry". I asked her for her name and she says "Bob". I asked for her managers name and she says "that is the manager's name, sweetheart." In the most sarcastic tone possible. I finally received my lukewarm order at 8:06 am.

The listening skills of these people are outrageously stupid. Yesterday I came to the drive through.I ordered a number 3, but I told them 5 times no sausage.I want bacon and orange juice for the drink. The girl repeated five times you want bacon on top of the sausage I said, no, this is the fifth time. Then a gentleman got on and he asked, do you want bacon on top of the sausage?I said , forget it , you guys are a joke and I drove off. A flight attendant sister of mine was on my car phone , and she could overhear the entire situation. Train these people to open their ears before they open their mouth!

Food is almost always cold which is crazy woth the long wait times. Portions are getting smaller and smaller even though they charge more and more. If this could be 0/5 it would be
