McDonald's Menu Prices at 11130 E 21st Street North ★3.4 (1078)

Took my kids to this McDonalds on Greenwich and 21st street by Target, after their football game and softball practice. We Went inside to order, the receipt printer was out of paper, I told the lady at the front counter and she acted like she couldn’t hear anything I said, then once I told her which order we were, she told me my order number. Then she gave me and my daughter our cups, we went to the fountain drinks and my son wanted Powerade, and BOTH sides of the fountain were completely empty and just water. I went back to the front to ask the same lady with green hair if they had Powerade back behind the counter, and she said, “yea well that’s gonna take me a minute.” My son decided to just change to a different drink instead. The place was empty, maybe 1 or two cars in the drive thru line outside, and there was trash and empty straws. We grabbed our food to go, I get home and this was the snack wrap order I got!? I asked for no lettuce, but they dumped a huge amount of ranch I could pour it out… I’m not usually o e to write bad reviews, and I don’t hold McDonalds to any type of high standard by any means… but this was truly the worst one ever..

Wow absolutely horrible experience, to start I pulled up to order and was told to on, I then watched 4 cars move through the other line before the last finally chimed back in. I got a double quarter pounder, and it tasted stale somehow like old beef, it absolutely was, and throwing it up a couple hours later was horrible. Just don’t come here (OWNER FIRE EVERYONE AND RESTART)

Went through drive thru ordered 2 happy meals with nuggets. Asked for ketchup for the sauce and some extra for another meal. Then got told it was in the bag. Got zero ketchup went back through drive thru. Asked for the ketchup little girl with green braided hair brought 3 packets told her we had 3 meals and so she brought 2 more packets and was extremely rude!! Hopefully she fixes her attitude or she will be lucky to keep that job and will have a long sad life ahead!

Update: Since my prior review from one year ago, I have utilized the drive-thru exclusively for convenience. These interactions have been more positive than dining inside, though the staff often seem hurried, as if they are simply focused on moving the line along. While they remain professional, the service feels somewhat rushed. Original Experience: The maintenance of the dining area was entirely neglected, particularly regarding the filthy condition of the beverage station and a total lack of clean tables for customers. Furthermore, a "wet floor" sign was displayed despite the floors being completely dry. My request for table service via the app was also ignored; despite the lobby being nearly empty with only four other patrons, the staff simply shouted my order number and left my beverage at the counter. This failure to provide the requested service, combined with the unacceptable state of the facility, resulted in a very disappointing experience.

I came through the drive through late at night on Friday the 20th of February. I waited a bit in the drive thu and when my food was ready, a girl slammed the window open, asked if I had the order she was holding and I said yes. She then rolled her eyes and slammed the window closed. I get it if the day was hard and busy, but that’s no way to act. Especially when I was kind. She needs more training. I was THE ONLY ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU.
