McDonald's Menu Prices at 3201 Louisiana Ave ★3.3 (1054)

Today on Christmas Eve..I am very disappointed. I don't usually give bad reviews but this is unacceptable. On top of mold on my sandwich, I had to wait +15 minutes in line. I wished I didn't make it all the way home before noticing my sandwich... but the person who prepared this, should have caught this. I couldn't eat anything else that I ordered today and will never eat here again. Again, I'm highly disappointed. I hope this can bring awareness to the team and improve so this won't happen again and hopefully not to any child or visionally impaired individual.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. After waiting in the drive thru for about ten minutes with no one asking to take my order, I called out several times to get someone’s attention. After another 5 minutes waiting in total silence I drove around to the window. When I pulled up an employee opened the window and asked me what I had ordered. I told her that I couldn’t order because no one came on the speaker to take my order and that I called out but got no response. She said very rudely, “yea, we were all busy and we don’t take orders at the window so you’re gonna have to drive back around.” I told her I would not and asked for her name, which she refused to give. I asked for the manager and she told me I could call the corporate office and slammed the window on me. I immediately called the corporate number but had to leave a message. They returned my call about 2 minutes later but only allowed it to ring once and hung up. I called again and had to leave another message. No one ever called back. Whom ever owns this restaurant is the poorest business owner I have ever encountered. I manage a store in the same parking lot as this location and constantly hear horrible things about their service. I can’t imagine this McDonald’s being in business much longer! I for one will never patronize it again, and it’s only steps away from my place of employment.

I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at your drive-thru. On 7-19-2025 at approximately 1:25pm, I spent 35 minutes in the drive-thru line just to place my order. After that, I was asked to wait in a holding spot, where I waited another 15 minutes for a simple order of chicken nuggets and fries. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I went inside, only to find several employees standing around "waiting on fries." To make matters worse, I found out one of the employees waiting was not even on the clock, but was waiting on a personal to-go order — while paying customers were still waiting for theirs. When I finally received my order I only recieved 8 of the 10 chicken nuggets I paid for. This kind of service is disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this feedback helps improve operations and prioritization of paying customers. I’d appreciate a response or follow-up, as well as some form of resolution for the long wait and missing food items. Sincerely, Sonia Vidrine

Went through the McDonald's Drive-Thru, which is a two lane system, and they could not take our order properly or forgot we were there(?). We had two mobile orders which contained three burgers and fries and the wrong burgers were mixed up with the wrong order bags. The window servers were polite and friendly. The burgers and fries were good and hot!

Went through the drive through after ordering a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was rubbery and the fries were cold and soggy. Also only young workers were only there and there seemed to be no single manager or supervisor in site. Overall very disappointed with my experience here.
