McDonald's Menu Prices at 6705 Pines Rd ★3.1 (1829)

Just got food poisoning from here, I had a double quarter pounder meat an cheese only I took couple of bites an could tell it tasted funny took off bread, figuring the stale bread was the issue, an tried just the meat patties with cheese and could taste rancid meat an cheese. 15 minutes when arriving home fever spiked to 102.8 an started throwing ever bit of the food up an when I finished I felt instantly better. Mind you I also got happy meals for my three kids. Also due that I live twenty five minutes away from there I tried to call a report the problem so no one else gets sick., I called several times an no one could care to answer phone.

Not worth a crap. Constantly have problems with this one. This particular time was a employee arguing with me about putting a med fry in a bag that she didnt put in. Basically accusing me of trying to steal a fry. 🤣🤣 there always rude and always slow. This place needs better managers to weed out the employees. Its crazy at how bad these people are at a ENTRY LEVEL JOB.

I was there in line in the ignoring me so I trying to order from the self check out. and then a black person is coming in, The girl come right away and took his order. She finished with his order and walk away ignoring me I am Ispanic person I see discrimination of my skin color Like I was invisible the service is terrible. You guys need a training people better customers we come here and pay for the food. Is not free so we deserve a good service. These people here having a nasty, nasty attitude. Everybody on from having a nasty attitude. Nobody training then how to treat the customer. They will come here and spending our money terrible experience, not recommending at all Zero stars

Not sure what's happened to McDonald's but every single time I go there to buy my son a happy meal (which is frequent), it always takes 30 to 45 minutes. They make you sit at the intercom for 15 minutes before they allow you to place your order. Then make you sit for another 30 minutes for them to bring it to you. Its 4 chicken nuggets and some fries. It should not take this long. Someone needs to get their employees in gear.

This McDonald's is one of the worst, I have ever been to consistently! When traveling from Texas, my husband always stops for gas at the Walmart across the street. Every single time I attempt (5xs total) to order ANYTHING from here I'm waiting 15+ mins to NEVER get the food I order. The frustration takes over and I walk away for my sake, sometimes without even asking for refund. This is what happened this morning around 9:20am. The manager this morning watched me wait in a line of only me for 6 straight minutes.. looking back at me, but not a single greeting at all, no verbal acknowledgement.. no smile.. just sees me. She was assisting the drive thru, and when I asked if someone's working at the register after being seen for 6 mins, she did promptly respond. There was an elder gentleman watching me, watch her as he watched her too.. he had been waiting on his food prior to me arriving. She takes my order.. and now a line has formed behind me. She takes no one else's order. Me and elder gentleman catch frustrating glances at each other. She comes back 3-4 mins later, takes one person in a line 6 ppl order. Goes back to help the drive thru. ANSWERS HER PERSONAL CELLPHONE THATS LYING IN THE SAME AREA AS PREPARED FOOD, while we're all looking and waiting. Then proceeds to touch hashbrowns and other ppl food. She hands me my food before the elder.. and I say to her "No ma'am, you touched your personal phone, then touch my food..." It wasn't that she was rude in responding, it was her indifference to cleanliness and that was a complete appetite depressant. She says "ok.. i'll wash my hands. " And that should have sufficed honestly, its just the experience of it all had totally ruined my appetite. At that point I walked out the resturant.. no refund... no nothing. It was enough for me never to come back. Over it.. throw the entire resturants away.... but first give the elderly man a gift card because after all that he never got his food by the time I walked out.
