I don’t know what’s been going on with this place in the last few months but quality and service has fallen off drastically. It always takes forever to get through the drive thru and my order is always wrong. When you charge for extra condiments people expect to get them. Yesterday I went and ordered a 6 piece nugget only to get 4 in the box.

On a road trip and we stopped for beverages and bathroom. The girl acted annoyed to take our order - a medium soda and two small coffees. They were kind of busy with drive through orders, but the dining room was empty and five or six people were working. The soda wasn't filled and I asked nicely if she could just top it with ice. She may have rolled her eyes(?) but did bring me a cup of ice. There wasn't a condiment bar so we had to ask for sugar and creamers. I was relieved that another employee (the manager?) grabbed them and he was nice enough. We went on our way and we really weren't surprised to find the coffee was barely warm. No wonder they're losing business.

this place is disgusting, the floor and tables were absolutely disgusting. kids were screaming and being extremely disrespectful and nothing was being done about it. the bathroom was completely a mess with all of the trash cans overflowing and a complete mess.there was also a snake in lobby??? what kind of food establishment allows people to bring snakes into a place where food is being served. nothing about this is okay. employees were extremely kind though, they didnt seem like they were the reason behind this. i would assume it is the new management that has came here.

One of the slowest McDonald's in Washington county Maryland especially if you dine in. However the staff is usually very friendly. The restaurant is always clean, as well as the bathrooms are pretty clean as well.

Look, it's McDonald's. It was consistent as can be and the food was hot, order was correct. The line was a bit long for a small town which made me think maybe they were slow in operations or they were smart to make food fresh because of it being a small town they may not have a really busy drive thru.
