McDonald's Menu Prices at 350 Longwood Ave (Longwood Galleria) ★3.6 (292)

Go here while my daughter gets cancer treatment. Past three orders they have go wrong and will not fix the order or give refund. Place is usually very busy and most of not all of the staff barely speak English even after I repeat myself 3 or 4 times. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to

I went to pick my food and coffee up over an hour after submitting my mobile order. I was running late to a doctor's appointment due to crazy traffic and couldn't grab it beforehand as planned. When I finally got there the staff brought it over right away, still warm, with fresh iced coffee. Feeling really grateful for the service and food after a long afternoon. While parking and traffic is a headache, (would NOT try driving over again) the atmosphere of the food court itself was quite nice.

This McDs is a block away from Childrens Hospital, which I was staying at for a month. My daughter wanted McFlurrys on the regular after being introduced to them. Sadly, the McFlurry machine was down, every other day. Somedays days in a row, while giant Oreo McFlurey ads display on the giant overhead digital menu. Why bother opening at all if you can't serve ice cream to kids. Shut it down. Filet-o-fish still good though.

Slow, slower, and slowest. This McDonald’s has to have the slowest and worst service in the entire company. The food is normal and fine, but every worker moves at a snail’s pace for every little thing. Someone spilling coffee while making it and dropping fries when putting them in the fryer… just a hot mess all around

WATER REVIEW: When it was my turn I asked the guy if water was free, he kinda grumbled and said the large was not but that a small is free slightly rudely. Seems like a decent guy, probably just didn’t want to deal with a non-paying customer. The water was indeed a small, but the ice wasn’t too bad and temperature wise was an average cold. Flavor could’ve been better, being relativity neutral with no characteristic notes, as expected of a large chain. The location was pretty cool and it reminded me a lot of all the times I went to my local mall as a kid. Being around other fast food places made it a lot busier than it would normally be but if you’re looking for the bustle this is the perfect place to find it.
