McDonald's Menu Prices at 14 Plaza Way ★3.2 (597)

My worst McDonald's experience ever. I enjoy McDonald's as my preferred fast food option because the food quality and service are second to none. That was until tonight. After getting a late start on my trip back to NJ, I decided to stop at the Fairhaven, VT McDonald's for a 2 cheeseburger value meal. I arrived at the drive thru at 10:45 pm where I placed my order. My food server and cashier were both pleasant and welcoming this is where the good in this review ends. In short, I received two cheeseburgers that looked like they were stepped on and both were doused with excessive ketchup and mustard. Both were very messy. At this point I was too far to turn around. I have a second home in Vermont, I will no longer patronize this establishment.

I don't usually leave reviews for fast food restaurants because I think we're all in agreement that they've gone seriously downhill in the last five to 10 years. But with that said the staff is friendly the food is standard McDonald's fare but I have never been asked to pay 50 cents for a packet of mayonnaise before and I've never been asked that by another McDonald's so I'm guessing this is a franchise decision and I understand everything cost money especially when you own a franchise but you don't charge for each packet you charge for each additional packet. Anything more than that is pure greed.

one of the dudes in the back putting the burgers together was absolutely digging in his nose. i didn’t eat my food after. i was laughing so hard because i was like holy gross. honestly the place is just disgusting

I understand how difficult it is operating right after a monstrous blizzard. However as first responders who have been out 40+ hours in this blizzard, getting a first meal, the manager was so ignorant and so rude

So it's convenient to go to this McDonald's but omg considering the price of McDonald's these days you would expect sit down restaurant quality but nope not here.... McDonald's and fast food employees want $20/hr but their not even worth $10/hr.... Fries cold, big Mac so cold the cheese felt like it literally just came out of the fridge.... Zero personality unless being miserable is a good personality.... So tired about the crying about minimum wage being to low meanwhile you people aren't worth the ink the checks use to pay you.... 20 years ago minimum wage was what $6.75 and you got quality from McDonald's... My big Mac one slice of cheese tonight was just thrown in the damn box like wow ok. So next time I go there I'm just gonna throw the money let you pick it up!!!!!!!
