McDonald's Menu Prices at 1853 S Main St ★3.3 (1153)

I got a strawberry and cream pie from here it’s hard as a rock! I bring it back in the Manager is telling me oh no this is not our sticker the sticker literally says and I didn’t even look at it you know sometimes we just take our food and go thinking we’re getting fresh or at least decent food for the amount that we pay, it says enjoy by 2:50pm. I just got the McDonald’s about 20 minutes ago. The manager is very disappointing and she is sad the sticker that’s on there is old and she was embarrassed and instead of getting me a new one she said we can’t help you. I will never go there again or even spend a dollar over there she shouldn’t even be managing McDonald’s if you can’t even have great customer satisfaction!!!

I promise you this is the worst McDonald’s in Fall River. They mess up the order and forget stuff wvery single time. Tonight was my last straw though. They were super slow so to orders in the driver through(only 3 cars in mind you). They had me pull up past the window to get my food. My mistake for not checking it until I got home. Noticed they didn’t give me my 10 piece nuggets. This is my child’s food so I rush back and get the nuggets along with an attitude from a manager. Mind you the manager made eye contact with me from the back twice, a second manager walked past me at the front and I still waiting for help for 10 minutes. Only one in line, no cars in drive through that I saw so no line. I leave and get home just to find out my delux wuarter pounder was completely plain. I called and told them the issue and I just got home from going there a second time. The manager said he could get me a refund and I asked if I could just go do that tomorrow. He told me yes but I needed TO BRING THE QUARTER POUNDER BACK FOR THE REFUND. I told him absolutely not because I’m not going back a third time. This would be AN HOUR out of my time at that point for FAST FOOD. I told him I would try to call and speak to the owner instead. I asked him for the owner or head supervisors name for when I call tomorrow and he hung up on me. Absolute terrible service. Can’t expect much from McDonald’s as it is but this is a new low. I will never come back to this one

Just came through the drive thru TONIGHT MARCH 2nd 2026 and you guys have the cutest and sweetest window workers in the city. Thank you for my quick eats when it is too late and my brain is too tired to cook.

This restaurant constantly closes one of the drive thru lanes and still has the longest wait times. People at the counter are waiting for over 10 minutes before an order is taken and then another 10 minutes to even get the cup. The term "fast food" is long gone from this location.

I ordered a egg and cheese mcgriddle. The put 🥓 on it that I did not ask for and Don't eat No cheese. I ordered at the drive thru. When I went in to get it fixed. The manager said that is what I ordered. I said no, I ordered it with no meat and I wanted cheese. So when I asked for my money back. He said I placed the order online. I said no I ordered at the drive thru and paid with cash (he was looking for a card). I will never go back to that one again. That was not the first time I had a problem with that location.
