McDonald's Menu Prices at 343 Cochituate Rd ★3.7 (1961)

This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. If you can, go to any of the other three that are located within 3 miles of this one. You will ALWAYS get cold food at this McDonald's. It doesn't matter what time you go there either. You can go at peak lunch or dinner times and somehow the foods is always ice cold. Do not drive away without checking your food and tasting your drink. 50% of the time their soda fountain is out of syrup and the sodas taste terrible. If you ordered any sauce or condiment they are 100% not going to put it in the bag and you'll have to ask them for them. It's bad enough they charge you 25 cents for a sauce cup but then to not even put it in the bag is just total BS. The employees don't give a damn but the ownership doesn't either. It's really not that hard to make sure FAST food is hot. I regret it every time I stop at this location.

McDonald’s has been a reliable fast food option for over 60 years, offering consistent service and meals. The biggest advantage is their late hours, making it a convenient stop when most places are closed. It’s worth signing up for their rewards program through the app to scan during each visit, adding points that can be redeemed for free food and other perks. Depending on your entrance, navigating the parking lot can require a full loop around the building. This location tends to have quicker service and a better atmosphere than the one at the mall. Overall, it’s a solid go-to for a quick meal.

Horrible Place to go to after Midnight I order a Big Mac meal and told the manner my fries were cold and Asked for fresh ones but instead he goes and Gets another round of old fries Then throws them back in the grease to Hear them thinking I wouldn’t Know the difference News Flash I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and I know what old fries taste Like and I know it’s doesn’t take more then 2 1/5 minutes to make fries They didn’t even give me an option to wait and I would Have waited 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ 0/10

This restaurant deserves zero stars due to its lack of respect for delivery app drivers who partner with them. They have a back window where the restaurant asks drivers to pick up orders from the rear of the restaurant. Delivery app policies state that orders should be picked up at the drive-thru window if the restaurant is closed. However, this is the only McDonald’s in New England that asks drivers to pick up orders at the back window. The problem is that drivers end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes at the back window. For example, in winter, it’s currently 15 degrees below zero, and they don’t put salt on the driveway or clean it properly. I saw two drivers fall during the last snowstorm because it’s full of black ice due to their lack of maintenance—they don’t put salt on the walkway or the driveway. They installed a bell for drivers to ring when they arrive, but the bell doesn’t work. In fact, the employees removed the button so drivers can’t ring it anymore. This is absolutely disrespectful. I believe all drivers should come to this restaurant and leave a one-star review to teach the franchise owner to respect their business partners. Imagine if drivers decided to stop picking up orders from here—what would happen? I think drivers should start reporting this restaurant to the delivery app companies and stop working with this location. This is pure disrespect. Orders at the drive-thru are ready in less than two minutes. But at the back window, drivers have to wait 15 to 20 minutes, and sometimes even 30 minutes. If it’s raining, they stand in the rain. If it’s snowing, they stand in the snow. The walkway and driveway aren’t cleared, and the place is freezing cold. This is an outrageous lack of respect.

Love their breakfast, they are fast and the place is always clean. The only thing I didn’t like during the days I had my breakfasts here is that staff is always talking loud and sometimes eating at the tables next to the clients, also talking loudly among them.
