The wait for anything was atrocious. My husband and I went into the drive through which took about 10-15 mins to order, we got up to the window to pay decently quick after ordering. After we paid we got to the window to pickup our food and it took a few minutes before someone came, but he did and brought us our smoothie (we ordered fries, a smoothie and apple pie). After he handed us the smoothie he directed us to the parking lot to wait for the rest of our order, upon turning in we saw about 10 other cars that were ahead of us waiting for their food. Being a fast food restaurant we were in somewhat of a rush to head to our destination so I decided to go in and see if I could get an eta on the order or wait in there for it. Upon entering inside there was around 5-8 people waiting in line with no one at the register, and about 5 ish people waiting to the side for their food. I waited inside for about 5 mins before realizing we weren’t going to get service anytime soon since the cashier still had not taken care of anyone who was waiting ahead of me. I did intend on just asking for a refund for the fries and pie but once again had no ability to even talk to a worker there. In that meantime we had a worker come out the car to inform my husband that there was no pie but did not recommend refunding it nor swapping it for something else just an I’m sorry. We ended up leaving the establishment once we regrouped back in our car. The entire situation was around 30 mins in total. Ended up not receiving food nor a refund. They NEED more staffing ASAP, not the staffs fault but this resulted in a not so fun experience

25 minutes to get my mobile order. Place was getting hammered respectfully. About 12 people inside waiting for food, long drive thru line, and employees cursing when a kitchen ticket prints up. Nobody cleaning the floors, windows, or tables at the time of my visit. Lots of mistakes with drive thru customers coming in for their missing food. No staff at the counter providing customer service. Do not recommend coming during peak hours. Fries were not hot and fresh.

This was THE WORST experience I have ever had. I placed an order in my mobile app to pickup curbside. Arrived and input my parking number. 25 minutes later and I still have not received my order. Get out of the car and go inside. The lady with the blue shirt, who never turns around to see if anyone is at the front counter, never turned around. Now I've been at the counter for 5 minutes waiting. There were 2 gentleman ahead of me waiting for their orders also and 3 people behind me waiting for help at the counter. Now sitting outside I have seen cars going through the drive thru and no backup. Inside, while waiting for acknowledgement, the only orders that are being bagged are for the drive thru. No wonder people are waiting forever. The blue shirt lady finally gets around to one of the gentlemens order. 1 down so many more to go. She gets to mine finally. YIPPIE! She speaks loudly at the nice elderly lady who is taking a drive thru order if she could take out the order to my parking space. I say to blue shirt lady that I'm here and she doesn't need to take it out. She looks at me funny. She brings over my food and I ask for a tray for my drinks. The world fell apart. Then I notice that I'm missing some food. Oh lord, if looks could kill. She gives me another bag to carry. The nice elderly lady says to wait. She goes around the corner and comes back with a handle bag to put all my bags in. 38 minutes later, I have gotten my food and am on my home. 3 minutes later I'm home and sitting down to eat. My fries are cold, my nuggets are luke warm and no dipping sauce. Uggg, not going back even if it is right at the bottom of my street. THE WORST!!

Came here because the bus stopped for breakfast for the day trip that I was on and the parking lot and construction really make it very unpleasant. There is barely any room to park your car or bus. Make sure you watch for on coming traffic before crossing.

I just can’t understand or justify waiting for cold food. Fast food has always been a gamble, but it’s not even 50/50 anymore. The chicken for the wraps I received today had been over cooked and then placed somewhere other than a warming tray. Hard, chewy, and room temperature. Fries had no real heat coming from them either, so why am I waiting 3-4 extra minutes at the pick up window??
