McDonald's Menu Prices at 14 E Clark St ★3.4 (1385)

Absolutely terrible! My wife and I have spent upwards of almost $30 getting breakfast here just hoping they will get it right one day?! We asked for cheese on our egg for our big McDonald's breakfast they put the cheese on the biscuit! We order orange juice with our meals it tastes like orange water with absolutely no flavor! And then when we try to request for either another cup of orange juice or to offer up next time please put the cheese on the egg we are looked at and treated like we are "Karen's"? Partly our fault for continuously going to this McDonald's but you figured the staff there were trained within reason or even properly at best but no?! Or maybe our expectations are just too high for someone to actually put cheese on the egg when we ask for cheese on the egg instead of the biscuit?! Or maybe getting another cup of orange juice if in fact the cup they gave was watered down?! Next thing you know "there ice cream machine is going to be down"?! Thank you McDonald's staff for not only fulfilling the simple things but trying to deflect onto your customers to make us feel as if we are in the wrong. What a way to start your day I think we should go to Burger King from now on cuz "we can have it our way." Sincerely, an ex McDonald's breakfast enthusiast.

I went for breakfast at 10:20am on a Thursday, drive through. Two other cars were also ordering breakfast. My order took a few minutes to bring to window so it may have been freshly made. My concerns: 1) The breakfast burrito was so flat I didn't realize it was in my bag. Has McDonald's cut the egg content in half or was this an issue with my order only? 2) The sausage mcmuffin had a weird taste, made my tongue tingle, like disinfectant or gone sour. It seemed to be mostly on the muffin and cheese, but I got concerned so had to dispose of the item after a couple of bites. I rinsed my mouth and brushed my teeth within 30 minutes but my tongue is still tingling in a bad way. I am very disappointed in this food order. I haven't been to this location prior. Hope it's only this one order, but be sure to check/ taste your food before leaving. On the positive note, the staff were professional and nice enough st the drive through.

When I have 3 different calls from people I live with, 3 different phones, call mcdonalds, and the woman on the phone says the phones breaking up and she can't hear us..... To ALL 3 OF US, phone call after phone call, She's obv lying. Just answer the question, I just wanted to know if the ice cream machine was working so I didn't drive there for nothing when my son wanted one. Absolute horrible customer service

It was a good, clean, efficient trio to McDonald's. Appreciate the different eating options. The woman working the register was friendly, but made me feel uncomfortable about going to the kiosk.

kinda dirty and disorganized McDonald's. Bathroom needed servicing, stall door falling off. Restaurant area trash barrels were overflowing. Drink area was a mess. The drive-thru line was super long so I went inside. The manager was tell workers that they were "running over 500 seconds average"... pretty long. Staff was nice. My double burger was prepared correctly but it took about 10 minutes. Convenient location but not a smooth operation. Worker's jacket, cigarettes, and keys were laying around the food prep area, UGH!
