McDonald's Menu Prices at 1915 Andover St ★3.5 (1082)

This location is listed as being open until 11pm. Made an app order at around 10:10 and was at the drive through around 10:25 to pickup. There was 1 car ahead of me that placed their order in the drive through and was told to pull up. I pull up to tell them my code and the worker told me that they were closed. I let him know I had already placed the order and paid for it and he said they wouldn't cook the order because they were closed. So they decided to close more than 30 minutes early, made the order for the person in front of me and then wouldnt fulfill an order technically made before that car via the app.

I usually enjoy McDonald's for the consistency, but this location is unfortunately the exception. The quality here is regularly lower than others I’ve visited. The fries are almost always served cold and lack seasoning, and the burgers are often sloppily put together. Most frustratingly, they get the nugget sauces wrong (or forget them entirely) more than 50% of the time. I’ve reached the point where I have to check my bag every single visit because an error is practically guaranteed. Disappointing.

This store opens when it feels like it! It was open 24 hours and then the hours changed and they were opening at 5:00 but I stopped there this morning and no one was there! If they aren’t open then shut the Golden Arches down as well as the menu sign. This is my 7th bad experience there now and will not be back! Dunkin’s is right down the street and very reliable.

I recently visited this McDonald's on Lowell St in Tewksbury, MA and was extremely disappointed with my experience and the food quality. The fries that I received were old and tasted completely rancid. I voiced my concern to the staff, but they seemed completely indifferent to my complaint. After being persistent, they had me pull up and wait for fresh fries. Less than a minute later, they gave me the same exact fries but warmed up. Unacceptable. I used to love McDonalds, but it seems like this is the norm anymore. I personally worked at McDonald’s for many years as a teen and I don’t recall this level of disrespect and indifference. On top of that, the price for 4 sandwiches and a large fry was around $40. With the poor service and bad food, I felt as though I was being ripped off. I was extremely frustrated with this McDonald's location and would not recommend it to anyone. The nasty fries, indifferent staff, and overpriced menu all combined to create a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Very nice people very helpful respectful and the manager at this shift he was real nice
