McDonald's Menu Prices at 166 East Main Street ★3.6 (1012)

Got a “quarter pounder” without the bun. I realize it should look like less because no bun… but it was just sad looking. Literally thrown together. Long wait too. For almost ten dollars I expect more. Disappointed.

The cashier and servers did a very good job. At first they forgot to put my fries in the bag (mistakes happen which is why I always check my entire order). They were very apologetic and quickly made a fresh batch. I like that the restaurant has gone more “green” with their biodegradable straws, lids, and round sandwich containers. With having my handicapped father-in law with us, I was kinda aggravated that the nice “picnic area” has no parking near it and is a little bit of a hike through the back lot and across the drive through lanes. I hope they at least putting a few parking spaces back there. In all, the service was good and the food was served hot. Nice job, staff.

I guess following an order is asking for too much. Paid an extra $.89 for that extra cheese. Only thing they got right was no pickles 🥒

I used the drive thru. The parking lot still had a significant amount of snow around the borders, clear otherwise. Drive thru was fast and food was hot. When I asked about the price I found out the $6 price is for a small drink not a medium. Store is inconveniently located at the Rt 9E and Rt 135 intersection.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Customer service is HORRIBLE, completely unprofessional and rude over the phone. A member of my group lost a wallet and we realized once we were far away. We called, the initial call was ignored. Our second call was answered by a very abrasive woman who refused to acknowledge the missing wallet, was incredibly rude when we explained where we sat and asked for her to look as we made our way back to arrive. She hung up the phone on us and another member of the group called hoping to get some sort of assistance. The same woman answered, threatening to call the police if we came back again concerned about the missing wallet. As a past employee- This is not the McDonalds standard and I am incredibly disappointed in the people who they hire as “managers”. The wallet still hasn’t been found regardless of us KNOWING it was left there and I sincerely believe the abrasive phone woman took it. Do better and McDonalds do better with who you hire. I will NEVER return as long as that woman is working there.
