McDonald's Menu Prices at Kalamazoo — 49001 ★2.8 (2146)

Employees were so TRASHY it was unreal. Yelling at each other & GETTING MAD AT EACH OTHER. I should have asked for a complete refund and took my money elsewhere. The lady taking my order didn't even know if the snack wrap came in a meal she had to yell to the back actually she said AYE YO really loud. Then can you ring me up for an additional drink probably because she was trying to make my snack wrap a meal and didn't know how. So I ask for a refund and she again yells back to the manager and the manager starts yelling and complaining "oh my God are you serious - I'm the only person here - I'm busy right now I don't have time for this I'm the only manager here - are you kidding me this is crazy." The manager was completely unhinged, unprofessional, disrespectful to her coworkers as well as the customers. The manager made one of the employees take $2 out of their pocket to give me a refund because she couldn't believe that I wanted to be refunded for a $1.69 drink that I didn't need. And I was inconveniencing her so much that she forced one of her employees to give me the own money out of their pocket. Mind you. This was TUESDAY FEB 2ND AT 3:50 PM. Just was trying to take my kids for a Happy meal and to play at the play area. I understand people go through things and have their own things that they deal with but you don't bring it to work and you don't bring it to your workplace. You don't complain about doing the job that you are paid to go to that company to do. McDonald's pays you to give me a refund McDonald pays you to make my food. To do it RIGHT. Food was cold. Nasty. I had to ask for a straw. I had to ask for my cups, I had to ask for lids. I had my kids with me so I just kept a smile so they didn't even have to ask. FIRE EVERYONE. LITERALLY. Terrible.

The cashier taking payments was rude and polite had an attitude as though she didn't want to be there and took at least 3 minutes prior to getting the manager to help resolve a question that we had. We ordered a large chicken nugget meal to play the Monopoly game once we got to the second window to pick up our food dang insisted we only take a medium and a small fry and I stress to them three times that I paid for a large meal so that I could play the Monopoly game on the fry box before the manager kicked in and asked them to give me the proper fries box. However unfortunately for us and I believe in retaliation we got uncooked fries very unsatisfied I am asking for a refund or for our meal to be re-cooked fully and given the proper way. Now the second time I've paid for extra sauce and extra bacon on two sandwiches each time and got normal bacon and zero sauce. How in the hell does that make sense. Some might say it's a small inconvenience but I paid for what I wanted and failed to recieve it four times. The incompetence within this establishment clearly touches all levels of responsibility within this restaurant. From management all the way down to the person who just started yesterday. Time to find some employees that actually have the motivation to provide the service that should be expected. I'd be embarrassed if I was the franchise owner. Edit: the fact that the franchise owner's response to all bad reviews is to copy and paste a link to some sort of customer care team without even acknowledging the issue is crazy to me. This is "Your" business and "Your" responsibility. As a business owner you should be handling these issues... Not passing them off to some 1-800 number or email address. Take some accountability.

went her tonight, ordered a big mac meal, 5 dollar mc double meal and 10 pc nugget. we never got out big mac, we ordered 3 ranch cups only got 2, and THE GAVE ME A CONTAINER FULL OF SAUCE INSTEAD OF MY 4PC! there was also NO salt on are fries. not sure what in the world was happening in there but wth. the lady that took are order and swiped our card was nice. not to mention it took 30 minutes for are food when there were only 3 cars all waiting in the reserved parking area. im not normally the person to leave a bad review but i was so hungry and i didnt get everything i paid for. i expect a refund, and we paid part of the check in cash, im not sure who to contact about that so i hope for a response here.

I'd pass on this McDonald's. Food is standard McDonald's but I sure hope you like waiting cause you're gonna be waiting a long long time. Even if you do a mobile order wait times are from 20-40 minutes. They rush you to the next window or a parking spot after maybe giving you your drink so the counter for cars actually sitting at the window doesn't go up but once you park you'll be there till the heat death of the universe and then probably a bit longer. Also you will have multiple employees bringing you the wrong order and asking what you had and some have gotten mad when they brought me the wrong order three times and said "what the hell did you order again." So if you value time absolutely do not go to this McDonald's. You would be better off going to Meijer and buying ground beef and cooking it on your engine than waiting at this McDonald's. Update 2-8-26: The "owner" just sends a link to McDonald's website to "further look into the matter." Just look at all the bad reviews, clearly nothing gets better. A disgrace of a McDonald's.
