McDonald's Menu Prices at 150 East Ryno Road ★3.5 (2172)

I’ve noticed the food quality and wait times seem to be a hit or a miss. If the food or service was this consistently bad, we would not be back and I would have rated one star. However, I don’t believe that is fair to the business or the employees. Luckily, there was no wait today. Today, I had a burger ordered with no pickles or onions- it had pickles on the bottom under the patty (it’s normally on the top, so that seemed kind of intentionally sneaky). I had 2 other burgers ordered with no onions- both had onions on them. -these were all for my children. They still ate their food, however, even I hate eating a McDouble that has dehydrated onions. When you scrap them off it also takes the condiments with it. I ordered myself a $5 meal deal with a McChicken… I didn’t even receive my McChicken. I live about 7 minutes away. I was going to return and get my sandwich but the nuggets SUCKED. I didn’t want to waste my time and gas going to get a McChicken with possibly the same quality. We didn’t receive ANY of the sauce we ordered, either. But the fries were amazing!

Avoid as if your life depended on it. If you're absolutely starving, driving down the highway, keep driving. In fact, drive another 100 miles before getting off if you still plan on stopping at McDonald's. Just in case. Because you're going to want to try and get outside the geographical area of whoever the regional manager is, who allows this place to even maintain a franchise at this point. And I'm well aware this is McDonald's. I didn't go into it with unreasonable expectations, but with McDonald's level expectations. It still fell short, to an extent that should not be physically possible without substantially violating the laws of physics. Breakfast ends when they feel like it. Restaurant closes when they feel like it. If there's a thing you want, they're out of it. It's such a great physical location, being right off the highway, property literally touching the off ramp. Big parking lot with room for semis. Which is why it's such a shame it's being totally wasted by the current franchise owner. It's been this way for years, zero signs of improvement ever. It's so bad, this location should be nationalized, with the land confiscated by the govt. And turned into a DMV. Because even that would result in greatly improved customer satisfaction.

Edit to add: link offered says page does not exist. This location is going downhill and needs to be closed. There is a young manager in there that is nasty to customers. I don't expect 5 star food but my decision to finally stop going is when I was served food that literally tasted rotten. Their solution was to continue to serve that food to other customers, gave us a refund on what we ordered and if we wanted to eat there we had to purchase something else . My family ended up sick after eating the little that they did.

Not only does this McDonald's constantly forget items from our orders like drinks fries even the burgers sometimes. These losers also destroyed a memorial that was out of the way and not bothering anyone. If they wanted it gone they should have contacted the family!

If you are disabled and you are a DoorDash driver do not go to this McDonald's because they are very rude inconsiderate, and they will not allow you to use the drive through even if you are unable to walk. But can drive.
