McDonald's Menu Prices at 14860 Michigan Ave ★3.1 (1902)

McDonald's has been pretty consistent whenever I stop by. Orders are usually accurate, and the food comes out the way you expect from McDonald’s. The staff keeps things moving, and overall it’s a nice, smooth experience most of the time. The only small downside is that it can be a bit hard to hear at times. Other than that, it’s a solid location that does a good job staying consistent.

Crazy rude lady at the drive through refusing to give the correct order claiming she couldn’t. Then they said that they couldn’t make hot chocolate due to not having milk and when we switched a hot chocolate (3.99) for cookies (two for 1.50) they only gave us four cookies (3.00) which meant we were scammed a dollar. Not to mention, THE LADY CLOSED THE WINDOW ON US SEVERAL TIMES ON US WHILE WE WERE TALKING. And then this man tried to give an 11 year old kid coffee. Also, we were almost not able to trade our orange juice for an iced tea. I must admit, we did order an orange juice on accident, but we did not drink it and tried to switch it immediately after we got it for the iced tea. The lady refused to switch it at first and told us if we wanted it we had to go around the drive thru and order it again. Horrible service. Once again they claim they didn’t have any milk and couldn’t make a hot chocolate and a caramel macchiato. Then they were magically able to make a milkshake and an iced latte. When we ordered online everything was available even the drinks with milk. Again, we got no refund when we didn’t want the drinks because they were making it complicated. We eventually got this figured out but it took way longer than necessary, and I must say this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any McDonalds. I’m thoroughly disappointed. BE BETTER

The two Guys who works the windows are terrible! No acknowledgment whatsoever. You tell them thank you, they ignore you. You tell them you had two orders, they look absolutely baffled! You explain, they're still not understanding. They look at you like you're crazy, smack their lips and go talk about you in the back. Owner, if this behavior doesn't change by next week, I will not return. I'm a daily customer and have no problem going somewhere else that appreciates me. Update one day later... Owner leaves response with no apology whatsoever, just tells me to file a complaint. I will update this review as needed but won't be coming back to this location as owner shows no empathy. Bad Business! Update two days later... I gave them another chance just because I don't want to drive the extra 1 mile to go to the other location, Big Mistake once again. I forgot to mention this before but once again, the fries are not filled all the way, about half even. Notes aren't followed but I'm still charged for extra items like lettuce, cheese. Just very frustrating. You can't blame anybody but the owner. If he cared enough he would have found good management by now or be there himself. This will absolutely be my last time here, my New pick up location is now changed in the app to the other McDonalds. Good luck to you owner, you'll need it after all these terrible reviews you got. One Month later... Dec, 10, 2025, Still no change. Owner doesn't care to make changes, claims to "share details online at a link he provides" and then doesn't do anything about it. Just tells you to complain to corporate. Lost my business, I will drive the extra mile to next location, no problem.

Very bad experience. The service at the drive-thru window was extremely rude. We placed our order and added something politely, and while I was speaking respectfully, the employee told me “respect” in a rude way and then shut the window in my face. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly, this is the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Because it was very clean there is very respectful that greeted you when you walked into the door and also I had to ask them to do me a little small favor by dropping me some hot fries because I had a long drive and I didn't want them cold by the time I got there they had no problem doing that and I think that was very very polite and also it was clean and everyone that work there was very clean so yes I gave them a five-star if I had more stars to give I would have gave them that also
