McDonald's Menu Prices at 4700 S Cedar St ★3.2 (2368)

I had not eaten McDonald’s in well over a year and this experience solidified the fact that I will wait another year or longer to go to another. This was around 10pm on a Saturday night and the tea was supposed to be disposed of EIGHT HOURS earlier. The dirty nasty mop bucket filled with nasty water was just sitting behind the front counter. The fact that there was absolutely not enough employees on the time clock to clean up is the fault of the store owner or the general manager.

Came through last night and ordered 2 Big Macs and a quarter pounder. Nobody was in front of me in line and I waited 10 minutes for my 3 burgers. 2 people pulled into line behind me and got their order through the “pay here” window and drove away before me. When I finally got my order after waiting I drove the 2 minutes home, bit into my Big Mac and it was cold which made me wonder if they gave me an old one when I was told it was being made and that’s why I was waiting? Also received 3 Big Macs (not what I ordered) and the third one didn’t even have everything on it, it was missing a whole patty and toppings( see picture). The bottom bun was also upside down? Like what was going on for it to be messed up so bad? I called before opening the third burger and they said I’d get a free Big Mac and quarter pounder next time, but then I started looking at the reviews and seen someone found a safety pin inside their McFlurry?? Might not come back on my own terms, but only for my boyfriend to get the free burgers he didn’t get to enjoy properly the first time. So disappointing after a long day at work, just wanting something quick and easy to eat.

Attempted to assassinate my sister via safety pin sundae! No, but seriously, my sister got a sundae and there was a safety pin in it My mom brought it in for her, instead of the manager offering a refund or anything. They just said “we’ll make you a new one” My mom asked for a refund and it was given Continue on, you’ll probably end up with a manslaughter charge, as a testament to the ability, attention to detail, and work ethic that is clearly non existent in the store Boooo that location has always been the worst anyway.

Food took over half an hour to get after it said that my order was ready so probably well over 40 minutes total just to get a happy meal and a triple cheeseburger meal. It really wasn’t that busy but even if that was considered busy for the store, there was no communication. Workers attitude was lackluster until the very end when I got my food the gentleman was nice. I would not recommend this location over other McDonald’s in the area will not be returning.

Have you noticed the change in management at McDonald’s? The old manager, Natalia, left, and a new manager, a white woman, took over. I’m not sure her name, but she’s been really rude every time I’ve come it’s been the same she doesn’t provide good service. The atmosphere has become hostile, and I’m no longer enjoying coming to McDonald’s on cedar and I’m not only speaking from experience but also how I’ve seen her treat others and even her coworkers look like they feel bad for the people who she speaks with at times. Hopefully she’s a better person outside of work but those are just my experiences recently.
