So Ridley me this, we arrived at the restaurant at 3:08 pm and ordered. We were the only people in the lobby at the time. 4 cars came through the drive thru while waiting. It took 30 min n to get the order of 3 chicken sandwiches and fries to us. That is unacceptable. I mean I can understand if it was busy but it wasn't. The manager ( some young kid) that works there has no drive to have his employees make sure orders get out in time or have his employees work with some sort of purpose. Nobody at the counter to help, nothing. This has to be the worst McDonald's I have been too.

Ordered food on the app only to get it home and there was so much mac sauce that it made me gag. Plus my son's and daughters were sloppy as well. U don't have to use all the sauce on one burger. Sounds like a retrain in the future. Ur reviews r horrible and I won't b back.

I had a $16 meal I bought with a credit cart at the Manistique McDonald’s. On leaving I asked if they could break a $20 bill for me so I could have correct change for the bridge home . I told them I was handicapped and it made it easier with correct change. The manager was called for approval and I was denied. I had to buy a small coke i didn’t want to get change. I have never felt this mistreated at a restaurant before.

I got a premium Hot Chocolate this morning, well i got mine, and it wasn't so premium, it tasted like warm milk. I got something else a while back same thing, it was the same morning employee that handed to me , she told me she was training, so I am like well ok we all have to learn a new job. I respect that well it's been awhile, its at least been a month or so now, and it still tastes like warm milk lol I am ok well i am not getting any coffees or hot chocolate in the morning again. You pay 4 or 5 dollars for a beverage ☕️ just to dump it down the sink, is a little expensive.

Food was good. But for some wild reason we waited 30 mins to get the food. They were out of items as well. That sure was not fast food. There was only 2 people ahead of us.
